We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The accommodation was excellent, and the cleanliness was outstanding throughout our stay. All the staff were extremely polite, professional, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile, making us feel very comfortable and appreciated. Everything was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more variety during dinner. However, the food quality and taste were very good. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable. We would be happy to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Ajman. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the view over the beach is amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Askar he was handsome. And helpful throughout the whole stay, which made the experience even better. The private beach and pool area were perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ajman or Dubai area and would happily stay here again. Simo is very god at showing the movements to exercise at the gym. Exceptional Service at the Front Desk We checked into the Fairmont Ajman yesterday and were thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received, particularly at the front desk. Managing a large booking can often be a challenge, but Dana made our experience seamless. Despite the hotel being quite busy, she handled our check-in for nine rooms with incredible efficiency and professionalism. She provided complete assistance throughout the entire process, ensuring every detail was taken care of so we could settle in without any stress. The level of customer service provided by Dana was truly outstanding. It is exactly this kind of dedicated, attentive care that makes us eager to return to the Fairmont in the future. We really appreciate her efforts in making our arrival so smooth. Highly recommended!
