The rooms are very stylish and offer excellent value for the price. Housekeeping services were consistently good with regular changing of bed linens and towels and the room cleanliness was well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options to choose from. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves especially the fun games and activities available for children. The location is excellent with direct beach access making it very convenient for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will certainly be back again. Highly recommended!

recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Roshiel of front office team was professional, welcoming, and efficient during check-in and check-out. She made us feel valued as a guest and were always available to assist with any questions. The room service staff Antony, Patrick, and George, provided prompt and courteous service throughout my stay. Orders arrived on time, the food was well-presented, and every interaction was friendly and professional. We also spent time at the pool bar, where Victor, Bishal, and Lahiru created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The drinks were excellent, and the bartenders were attentive, ensuring guests were well taken care of. My toddler loves the attention and ice cream ofcourse! Zanzibar restaurant is our all time restaurant in the whole hotel. Chef Ronnie, Rajesh and Maruis deserves special recognition. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and consistently provided a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and outstanding customer service.

We had an amazing stay at this resort, especially with the beautiful beach view room that made the experience even more special. Waking up to the ocean right outside our window was unforgettable. We booked a fantastic offer that included a couples massage, a romantic beachside dinner, breakfast in bed, and lunch everything was perfectly arranged and exceeded our expectations. The pool was great, the beach was stunning, and the entire resort had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained. Overall, it was a perfect getaway and we will definitely be coming back!

Last month we stayed in one of neighboring hotels but this time while checking different options and after reading reviews decided to stop in Dusit Ajman. We did not have any smallest regret that our choice was exactly this place. The flawless check in was done by smiley Jayzel, she surprised us with the upgrade for the higher floor, which made us happy, especially me as I enjoy watching the sea from the hights. Fatma helped with check out :) The room was fresh, spacious in a nice design interior. I loved a huge mirror in front of the bed. Room amenities were good. The area of the hotel impressed with very spacious lobby, long corridors, excellent gym and gymnastics room together with spa facilities. Pool and beach area were great as well. Cleanliness was spotless. Food was of great quality, I would say variety was not so much diverse but we prefer the quality to the quantity. Here I wish to mention genuine smile and attention from Svitlana at buffet restaurant. As well I liked the gesture of Arabic chef who approached guests and asked whether everything was good. All personnel were friendly and helpful. One thing that could be improved is the internet connection, which was disappearing in some areas. We thank all team for their efforts to make the experience memorable. Our experience was wonderful and I wish to come back one day.

We had an amazing stay at Dusit Ajman Resort! We originally booked a Superior Room with Sea View, but Ms. Jayzel kindly upgraded us to a Signature Deluxe Room Sea View on one of the highest floors. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the beautiful pool during both day and night, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect weekend getaway and truly worth every penny. A special thank you to Ms. Jayzel and Rochel for their outstanding customer service. Their kindness and flexibility, especially regarding our check-out, made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. From the room, buffet breakfast, and facilities to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back and hopefully stay even longer next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌊🏖️✨
