2/5 Stars My family and I recently stayed at Amadil Ocean Club Agadir. While the hotel has some positives, our overall experience was disappointing due to inconsistent customer service, particularly in the restaurant. The hotel is safe, the rooms were kept very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The entertainment team (especially Jiji, Mido, Pedro, and Yosef) were fantastic, and Mohamed at reception was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we felt that some restaurant staff treated guests differently based on their background. While some staff were friendly and attentive, others made us feel unwelcome. Despite raising these concerns several times, nothing improved, and when I spoke to management, my complaint was not taken seriously. Other areas for improvement include friendlier customer service across the hotel, more attentive food service, better support for families at the beach, refurbishing the corridors, restricting smoking to outdoor areas, and taking guest feedback more seriously. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts, particularly in Turkey, the food variety and availability outside meal times were limited. Overall, although the hotel has good facilities and some excellent staff, the inconsistent service and poor handling of guest concerns overshadowed the positives. For these reasons, I can only rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars. With better staff training and a stronger focus on customer service, it has the potential to be much better.

The view was absolutely amazing. The people are so nice and are even nicer when you can speak a little bit of french. In the hotel they have a karaoke where they have the best and kind speaking dancers. It is sad for to me to go in the next two days. I will never forget how beautiful a country can be itself. The people of morroco united along with the beautiful scenery is unmatched to anything else that I have experienced. Thank you agadir and thank you Morroco. DIMA MAGEREB!!!

Outstanding stay with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. A special thank you to Mohamed and Hajar at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is fantastic, with plenty of activities and facilities to keep everyone entertained, especially toddlers. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is beautiful and they provide their services with all quality. Everyone works like a beehive. The prices are suitable. It is suitable for those who travel alone from women. Safe and suitable for families. The beach is very close and there are other activities on the sea.

Stayed here from the 12th till 19th june 2026 Hotel was lovely. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very good with private bathroom and we had a pool view which was upgraded from a garden view. The only down side was the food and the repatative of the menu. Could have done with a bit more of a selection and maybe widen your menu selections and most days was the same food. But in general a very good experience for our first time in morocco
