My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort during our honeymoon, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for creating such a memorable experience for us. From the moment we arrived at Malé Airport until we reached the resort, the entire arrival experience was smooth and very well organized. The seaplane arrangement and airport assistance were handled professionally, allowing us to begin our vacation stress-free. The resort itself is truly beautiful and feels like a small paradise. The beach, ocean views, and overall atmosphere were simply stunning and exceeded our expectations. Our room experience was excellent throughout the stay. The cleanliness, room preparation, housekeeping standards, and overall maintenance were outstanding. The team paid great attention to detail, and the room was always perfectly prepared. The special honeymoon arrangements and thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed and created wonderful memories for us. The food and beverage experience was also very enjoyable. The quality of food, presentation, and service were all consistently good, and the team members were always welcoming and friendly. What stood out the most during our stay was the genuine hospitality from every team member we met. Everyone consistently greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire journey. This was truly one of the most memorable honeymoon experiences for us, and we sincerely appreciate all the efforts from the team in making our stay so special. Thank you once again to Aster our Host, Akbar from FB service team, Spa manager and everyone at NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort. We hope to return again in the future.

I'm honestly lost for words when I Start describing our stay at NH Kuda Rah, I don't know whether I ll be able to do justice to the services offered by them , but I ll try never the less. We have travelled to many countries and stayed in many wonderful properties but this stay was REMARKABLE in all the ways and checked all the boxes. It was our special day and we wanted it to be perfect and these people at NH gave us the most perfect stay ever!!! From the time we landed in the airport till the time we boarded our flight back the staff were so adept and attentive to every detail Simah who received us at the airport was so helpful explained everything regarding the sea plane transfer and also was around to see us off! Lisa from front desk is a true asset to the resort, so resourceful and helpful and made sure our stay was perfect in all ways. From the time she received us from the seaplane to the time we boarded the seaplane back she was there throughout as our host! Perfect in all ways. Take a bow Lisa ! you are amazing!! Special mention to El and Miriam too! Mr Lushanth incharge from the F&B,and his wonderful team at the restaurant made sure that we were well looked after, the special interest that he took in us and all the vegetarian options he and chef Rubel provided for us ( even with items not available on the menu) we can't thank him enough. He had sent the best floating breakfast ever!! so thoughtful and attentive to details. Thanks Lushanth! The beautiful energetic and ever smiling team of Putu, Aung, Dinda Ibbe Prabas are a huge addition. Special mention to the dear team for designing special anniversary wishes on our dinner table as a surprise ! Bartenders Akbar and Shamith, special thanks for providing the best drinks !! Akbar is a great mixologist ! he gives magical potions !! When they knew it was our wedding anniversary they even surprised us with chilled champagne !! The spa manager Ingon and masseuse Rena were fantastic. Vey hardworking kind and excellent in their work. The only thing we missed there was couple spa services as their other masseuse was on leave. The cleaning staff who kept the room so clean and attended on everything at any time of the day or night! the special bed arrangement for our anniversary was so thoughtful and beautiful. Thanks to all those guys from the cleaning department. Finally to mention the gem of the resort, Mr Ikoo the resort manager, He is an amazing person, so intuitive hard working and forthcoming, he is the rock behind the entire set up, took care of all our needs! Thanks again Mr Ikoo!for all the care and love! You run a fantastic place and Great job! Keep shining !! When we left NH, we left with hearts filled with beautiful memories and thank you the wonderful team for having made our stay so memorable! Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps the emotion and seriousness intact while making it clear, structured, and impactful: We chose this resort for our first anniversary expecting a memorable luxury experience and exceptional hospitality, but unfortunately, it turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve ever had. The resort presents itself as a place with world-class hospitality, but when we actually needed help, there was absolutely no professionalism, accountability, or empathy from the staff. The issue started during our departure from the resort when the seaplane arrived to take us to the airport. The resort staff mistakenly exchanged our suitcase with someone else’s luggage. When we reached the airport and realized the luggage given to us was not ours, we immediately informed the hotel POC. Shockingly, instead of helping us, he kept insisting that the luggage belonged to us. After nearly two hours of confusion and back-and-forth conversations, they finally located our actual luggage — still sitting at the hotel desk. During this entire time, nobody showed any urgency or concern despite the fact that we had international flights to catch. The most disappointing part was the way the staff handled the situation afterward. Communication was extremely poor, and there was zero empathy from the hotel team. We were simply told that the luggage would be sent to our home. Since this was our last flight out and we needed confirmation for insurance and travel purposes, we requested a simple email acknowledgment. Even that could not be arranged for over two hours. As our flight departure got closer, we repeatedly explained how serious the situation was and requested immediate assistance. Instead of helping us, Mariam from the hotel told us, “I’m going to cut your call,” and she actually did. After that, she stopped answering our calls and WhatsApp messages entirely. At that point, we had no choice but to involve the airport police ourselves. Only after approximately six hours were we finally able to recover our luggage. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but what truly defines hospitality is how the staff handles those mistakes. Sadly, this resort completely failed in that regard. The lack of accountability, empathy, communication, and professionalism ruined what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip for us. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, especially during transfers and luggage handling.

Spending 10 nights at NH Kuda Rah. Ikoo, Front Office Manager is very attentive and wants to make sure his guests enjoy a lovely stay. He offered me a Pina Colada straight upon arrival and gave a complimentary upgrade to a Duplex Beach Suite, THANK YOU. The breakfast and dinner options are delicious and fresh. During breakfast there's a lovely buffet and a la carte egg options included which are prepared a la minute, the coffee is really good here. At dinner you can choose between 4 different menu's: fish, meat, vegetarian and Indian and or select amongst the menu's for whatever you like. They also organize very nice beach dinners included in half board. It's a small, quiet island located close to Dhigurah local island famous for its long stretch of beach/sand bank with lovely dive spots nearby. The house reef is abundant of fish and lots of big sharks while snorkeling. The resort also organises lots of day and evening excursions. A lovely stay!!! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at NH Hotel, and what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel genuinely welcome. The front desk team was professional, efficient, and always happy to assist with any request. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful local tips and accommodating our needs without hesitation. Housekeeping, Bayezhid, maintained the room to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and always refreshed on time. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He also made some special things for kids..wohooo.. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, well-presented, and with a great variety to suit all preferences. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything ran smoothly even during busy hours. They also got us something indian vegetarian since lesser options were for Indian vegetarians, but they made yet another effort to make us welcomed. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations due to the exemplary service, professionalism, and warm hospitality of the entire NH team. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort combined with outstanding customer service.
