There is a lot to love about this place. In terms of the pool areas, water falls, grounds and outdoor bar-restaurant area’s these are unique and world class. We were staying while one large tour group was there and just before an other group came, the hotel was very full but the amount of outdoor space we had to ourselves was amazing. The staff are also really lovely and clearly there is a big focus and making guests happy. Big shoutout to guest relations staff member Noa. She would be an asset in any organisation and has a personality that stays with you. Thank you Noa for the laughs and the kindness. The superior deluxe room we shared was beautifully laid out, great seize and fantastic bathroom. The bed was comfortable but it was two single beds pushed together with two separate mattresses with a large topper on top. It was comfortable but at this price point ,the bed and bedding are not at the same standard as the rest of the room itself. The only real let down for me was the food. Breakfast offerings are fair and decent enough, we had dinner at both the asian fusion and bar venue. Elements of some of the dishes were really great but overall there was a lot that was mediocre at best and very overpriced. We will go back to Asia Gardens, we loved being there. This was our opinion with hope it helps others decide and improvements made. Hope you will have us back:)

They reduced the service and closed most restaurants. The pools are only open until 7 PM. It's also not a family Hotel, it has signs everywhere to be quite, to not use certain things and not to take the bathrobe out of the room... Even as half the hotel was empty, they gave us a dark room without a view. We ordered Asian food, as it seems to be an Asian resort. It had absolutely no taste and there was no asian cook involved at all. The prices are very high and if you want to use the SPA (even as a hotel guest) they charge you again. They show on the website a very nice high-end resort and when you are there it is middle class with to high prices. I would not recommend going there, there are much better options in Spain where you get more.

Disappointing Experience for a 5-Star Hotel! We spent two nights at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell far below the expectations we had for a 5-star property. We booked a double room with a private courtyard and soundproofing; however, the room we were given was completely different from the photos and description shown at the time of booking. Both the room itself and the view we were given were extremely disappointing. Within just a few minutes of arriving, we contacted reception and requested a room change. We were told that our request would be looked into and that we would be contacted later. Unfortunately, we never received any response or update throughout our entire stay, which we consider unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer 5-star service. In addition, the cleanliness was below the standard we expected, and the large number of mosquitoes and flies made our stay even more unpleasant. There was also an extra bed in our room, which we did not understand the purpose of, as the booking was for a couple. We also found cigarette ash, despite the fact that neither of us smokes. The only aspects we truly appreciated were the hotel’s exterior areas and the swimming pools, which are beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, these were not enough to make up for the poor quality of the room and the lack of attention given to our request. Considering both the high price and the standards expected from a 5-star hotel, we left extremely disappointed. We cannot recommend this hotel and we certainly will not be returning!

Great place but wasted potential. We went for 3 nights with out little boy who's 2.5 for a 'recharge' break. Now the hotel grounds and lobby are stunning, check in felt 5* and the pools genuinely are amazing. Absolutely no complaints. Where I feel it really lacks is captialising on the basics. A morning coffee for me is essential, staying round europe and the world at other 5* spa resorts (not all inc) I'd expect to be able to purchase a morning coffee of a high quality - at Asia Gardens you are stuck with a quite poor breakfast buffet, machine coffee which is in paper cups to take out the busy dining hall. Given the pristine seating areas (like outside the Koh Samui restaurant) it's criminal not to be able to unwind. Beyond the front desk, service was 'ok'. Poolside in the heated pool we ate and drank all day, each time I would have to go to the bar to request drinks and food, did not feel premium. Huge potential here and I'd love to go back IF the basics were fixed. Otherwise, hotels like Nous in Santorini are a better option.

The resort itself is visually beautiful, especially the gardens and pool areas, but unfortunately the service was far below what I would expect from a hotel in this category. From the beginning, the service was disappointing. Check-in was slow, and around the pools it was often extremely difficult to order anything. On several occasions we waited 30–40 minutes just to get drinks or service. There were also issues with the room, including ants on the balcony, and even simple requests such as changing the pillows required repeated follow-ups. Room service was also disappointing on several occasions. The most serious issue, however, involved my Louis Vuitton jacket. I gave it to the hotel for dry cleaning and clearly wrote “Dry Clean” both on the laundry form and separately on the bag containing the jacket. Despite this, the hotel later confirmed to me in writing that the external laundry service had washed the jacket with water by mistake, which caused it to become noticeably smaller. The hotel then confirmed in writing that I would receive a €1,550 reimbursement and even asked for my IBAN before checkout. I paid all of my outstanding hotel charges separately and left believing the matter had been resolved. After my departure, however, I suddenly learned that the case had been passed to the hotel’s insurance company and that I now have to wait for their assessment. This was never explained to me before leaving the hotel. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better service, communication and responsibility. Beautiful surroundings alone are not enough when the service is consistently disappointing and a serious problem is handled this way afterwards. Unfortunately, after the overall experience and especially the handling of the damaged jacket, I can only give 1 star.
