For the price we paid really can't fault it. Spacious rooms, good aircon, easy and quick check in and check out. Never too busy round the pool and a gated community. Breakfast had a good selection. Irish pub with a half decent Guinness too! Would definitely come back for a long weekend away

Beautiful hotel, holding up well considering that it needs a little renovating. Lovely food and reception staff helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Music around the pool is awful, too loud and we come here for peace and quiet…. It’s such a shame!, the other thing is not enough umbrellas around the pool area , although the staff were very helpful ( life guard girl) got one from the bar for us

A hidden gem, within a gated community, a short drive from Cartagena. Spacious and luxurious rooms, great food, an impecably clean spa and the most serene indoor pool I have ever been to. And all these at a very affordable price! Excellent for a single traveller, a romantic getaway, a family or a group of friends.

I honestly don’t know what people are complaining about . Obviously everyone has got different standards and expectations. For us this property is gorgeous. Yes , definitely a bit old school or more like classic style but you can tell that quality materials are used. We are not golfers, just came for a little weekend escape, but lots of passionate golfers around, some of them with their families. Good and chilled vibes Also to the people who don’t know the Spanish culture , in some part of the hotel this is typical mixture of Spanish / Moroccan designed hotel. Fabulous breakfast and dinner . In our room everything is working perfectly fine . The Spa was also nice. Staff very helpful and friendly , rooms clean and comfortable . Definitely recommended.

Imagine one's disappointment when told that you cannot use the swimming pool unless staying in the main hotel. We're staying on-site in a lovely villa that has its own pool, but we'd like to use the hotel pool. Yes you can spend your cash at the pool bar and in the restaurants next to the pool, but you cannot use the pool itself, even when there's literally 5 people around the pool with 40 sunbeds available to use. Well, if we cannot use your pool, then you'll not get our custom at your bar or restaurant. 10 minute walk to a good strip of bars and restaurants that don't treat you like a 2nd class citizen. Post Hotel Response: Your attitude to customers explains why customers were angry 2 days ago. Pool bar shut, Clover bar shut. If you had an ounce of intelligence you would open some capacity at the pool to those in villas who are happy to spend €€€ on drinks. But no, you are so policy focused that you'd rather make a lose and give hotel customers a bad experience too. Explains why the GDP per capita in Spain is 65% that in the UK, Us Brits know how to do business, but for you it's "tomorrow" and "cannot do". Idiots - you cannot sell drinks to empty sunbeds!!!
