Everything was as close to perfect as possible from the day we arrived. We had full board and the food was plentiful with both excellent quality and selection. They also catered well for our children who are very particular - simple food like plain pasta, nuggets, etc available each night. We had a family suite which had loads of space (kids in a separate room) and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Highly recommended. A great experience. Others have commented on loud music / noise into the night. This is true, but in our experience the sound isolation of the walls and patio doors meant that it was virtually silent in the room.

Reception and pool very nice, rooms are standard. I definitely would not say it's a 5 star. I was on ground floor pool view. We had people above us who partied every night till 2 am, so not very restful. Breakfast amazing, with lovely staff. Every resturant near by requires reservation so we didnt bother We walked 10 minutes to the tram stop and for 1.50 euro you can get into old town. I would stay again as its a quiet area, but not with 5 star expectations

Our stay at SH Villa Gadea was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made the stay even more relaxing. The service was exceptional — every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We also loved the fantastic facilities, especially the swimming pool and the paddle court, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to relax and unwind. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it!

The location star removal is more of a general dig at this section of the Spanish coast and my lack of finding the quaint romantic cobbled streets I hoped for. The hotel is excellent. I enjoyed the Spanish fella instructing me to try the pork at dinner. I enjoyed the patience of the staff and the kindness of the gin. I loved my holiday and I’m very grateful. Thanks Mr and Mrs SH.

🤢🤢 i stayed in this hotel for a few days and on my first night when i went to my rooms bathroom i ended up finding an alive cockroach that was big and roaming the bathroom 🤢as i will attach below. I was changed to a similar room only the day after and received no compensation for the incident. The breakfast looks really good but it doesn’t taste the best most of the food ends up being cold or dry tho there are some good options.The hotel has a good location given its near benidorm and about 1 hour and a half away from Valencia. The pools were the fun part of the hotel and really the only upside of the hotel for me
