Very good experience. Banyan Tree has great views and peaceful nature. If you want a nice relaxing time come here. The service is good as well and they are very caring. Lunch and dinner is very good. However. Breakfast needs a big improvement and is a major let down of the resort. It's more of quantity than quality. In particular they have a "live" waffle and pancake section which is attracting as a major highlight of breakfast however it's not live at all. They make a batch of them leave them out to get cold and hard which is disgusting. Sometimes they aren't even left out on the dishes to get. We've had to wait up to an hour for a warm waffle or pancake and sometimes when we ask repeatedly they pass on a cold hard waffle. There isn't always a person behind the station which is not good they just go elsewhere so very hard to attain someone. Very disappointing and potentially a reason to not visit again. Also the buggy's have been extremely helpful to move around the resort however there have been many issues with buggies being late which I can understand but sometimes they could do better. Further, small thing for the breakfast staff is that if fruit is not ripe to not serve got given very underripe mango and would have thought they would know. And also buggies coming to the room when we never asked for it. However, it is a very nice and looked after place and definitely worth the stay but the above definitely needs to be looked into. The villa host is the best part who is able to help you out with your stay. Ours went above and beyond and we were very grateful. The spa was excellent service and would highly recommend. Honestly a very well kept and managed resort just a few things to improve the experience which would lift it so much

WOW!!!! Luxury at Volume 11!!! This paradisical resort makes everything else I’ve been to look bad, average, try hard and mundane. Hotel managers everywhere should be sent here to learn to be exceptional. Insanely good attention to detail. Everyone remembers your name, making you feel like it’s your birthday. Which it was. The extraordinary displays of hospitality were amazing. The food is exquisite. Best breakfast spread I’ve ever seen - fresh, delicious, dozens of different cuisines, gah! The restaurants are top shelf. It’s silly good. The grounds are superbly cared for. It’s like the Garden of Eden. Without the snakes. Stop it! I hear you say. It can’t be that good! But it is! Save up. Sell the kids. Get to this place before you miss out! Big thanks to Man, Dao, Mishy, Dan - and basically the whole staff. You are all crazy good!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. Our Villa host Jade could not have been more amazing and was so helpful in arranging activities for us. We loved the coffee making session, and the birdwatching, and our villa was absolutely beautiful with everything we could need. We also enjoyed some excellent meals on the resort, with the wonderful dinner at Saffron a particular highlight. I would also like to say a big thank you to our driver Tom (Tuyen) who took us to My Son and Hoi An. Tom was not only an excellent driver but a knowledgable and entertaining guide, giving us considerable local knowledge and insights into the places we were visiting. It was a very hot day (for us!) and we really appreciated how Tom ensured we were staying cool. On reflection after our return home, this was the best day of our entire trip, and it would not have been as great if Tom hadn’t been so helpful. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a wonderful relaxing holiday, and we are already planning our next visit.

I rarely write reviews, but what a joy it was to stay at this incredible property. The breathtaking mountains, the sea, and the exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. A special shout out to Man, our excellent villa host, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. My family and I left feeling completely relaxed and didn’t want to leave. We’ve already booked our next trip for 2027 and will be bringing my parents along this time — that’s how much we loved it!

The location of the villa is far away from the city central (around 1 hr from the city central) , but you will find everything worths it after enjoying the extraordinary hospitality, stunning views and comfortable room in Banya Tree. Food: Breakfast is above the average with various options and styles to choose from including make your own juice and meals with chia seeds. Spa: extraordinary, stress relieved.
