My wife and I visited Vietnam for the first time from the New York City area and stayed at Banyan Tree Lang Co for five nights. Not knowing what to expect, we were a little nervous, but from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were treated with the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. The property is absolutely stunning, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is impeccable. To make our stay as comfortable as possible, Jade was assigned to assist us throughout our visit. She is, without a doubt, one of the finest hospitality professionals I have encountered in all my years of travel. Jade consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. She helped arrange a driver for our trip to Ba Na Hills and Da Nang, secured a difficult last-minute reservation at Madame Lân, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, and even personally delivered aloe vera lotion to our villa in the evening after I suffered a sunburn. She checked on us during breakfast each morning and was always available whenever we needed assistance. These are just a few examples of the exceptional care she provided. I truly believe Jade embodies the values and mission of Banyan Tree and deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. My wife and I travel internationally three to four times a year, and we have rarely experienced this level of hospitality. Every staff member at Banyan Tree Lang Co was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and attentive—qualities that are increasingly difficult to find today. If I could, I would gladly give this resort six stars. Banyan Tree Lang Co is nothing short of spectacular and truly a hidden gem. We will certainly return and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you, Banyan Tree Lang Co, for making our first visit to Vietnam such a memorable and wonderful experience.

I rarely write reviews, but what a joy it was to stay at this incredible property. The breathtaking mountains, the sea, and the exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. A special shout out to Man, our excellent villa host, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. My family and I left feeling completely relaxed and didn’t want to leave. We’ve already booked our next trip for 2027 and will be bringing my parents along this time — that’s how much we loved it!

This was our second time staying at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, and honestly, it felt just as magical as we remembered. We had a wonderful 4-day stay at a stunning Beachfront Villa, and the warmth of the resort touched us from the very first second. The moment we stepped out of our pickup vehicle, Front Office Manager Mr. Hieu and his team were already there, welcoming us with the biggest smiles. We were also incredibly touched by the Hotel Manager, Ms. Dao—her heartfelt greetings and genuine care made us feel so valued and right at home throughout our trip. But the absolute heart of our vacation was our amazing villa host, Tuan. He is a true superstar. Everything was perfectly arranged by him behind the scenes. Tuan has this incredible talent for coordinating seamlessly with his team— he communicated and worked so well with them to make things happen smoothly and effortlessly. It felt like one big, synchronized family taking care of us. Thanks to Tuan’s wonderful coordination, Ms. Dao’s warmth, and Mr. Hieu’s lovely welcome, we had an unforgettable and truly carefree, relaxing vacation. We are already dreaming about our third visit to Banyan Tree Lăng Cô!

The location of the villa is far away from the city central (around 1 hr from the city central) , but you will find everything worths it after enjoying the extraordinary hospitality, stunning views and comfortable room in Banya Tree. Food: Breakfast is above the average with various options and styles to choose from including make your own juice and meals with chia seeds. Spa: extraordinary, stress relieved. Crews: Special thanks to Jade to provide assistance and reservation during our stay. Each staff in Banyan Tree is professional. Hotel also provides 1 day taxi rental service if you need visiting city center. View: stunning. Highly recommend to reserve beach villa

I was skeptical of 6,000 five-star Google reviews. After staying here, I think they deserve a six star. If there’s a heaven, this is probably what it looks like. This is not the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at, but it is the most satisfying, the most memorable, and the best value I have ever experienced. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Originally booked a one-bedroom hilltop villa, and upon arrival were upgraded to a two-bedroom villa at 2,551 sq ft even bigger than our own home. The pool was stunning, not some tiny plunge pool but an amazing infinity pool with perfect hilltop views. The room was perfect, exactly as pictured. Our butler Tuan Nguyen was exceptional throughout the stay and available via WhatsApp. The Vietnamese Saffron restaurant deserves a special mention. We dined there two nights in a row. Both times complimentary small bites and drinks were served. The hotpot was enormous, more food than two people could finish, and the quality was excellent. For a resort of this level, $80~$100 for two people was remarkably reasonable. The hotel approved our early check-in at 1 pm and did in our room where hotel arranged a beautiful anniversary cake, and our checkout transfer in a premium Dcar Limo was an unexpected bonus. The Michelin Two Keys recognition is thoroughly earned. Absolutely a no brain choice in Danang.
