A very special thanks goes to the snack bar team, who showed exceptional care and attention to my son, who has a chronic medical condition and cannot eat just anything. They took the time to prepare suitable meals for him and were always kind, understanding, and accommodating. Their support meant a lot to our family and made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff for keeping our room clean and comfortable every day, and the reception team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and constant willingness to help. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marrakesh. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with authentic Moroccan décor and excellent attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entertainers staff was fantastic, special mention to Mimi ! What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was also excellent, especially the traditional Moroccan breakfast and fresh mint tea. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions while still feeling peaceful and quiet. After busy days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to come back and unwind. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Marrakesh unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay here again.

From an architectural and interior design standpoint, the property would benefit from a more pronounced Moroccan aesthetic identity across its internal and external spaces. While the existing infrastructure demonstrates careful development and thoughtful planning, the integration of refined Moroccan design elements would significantly elevate the hotel’s visual and cultural character. In the reception area, the incorporation of traditional Moroccan zellige tilework featuring geometric motifs could serve as a focal decorative element. Carved plaster detailing along ceilings or architectural frames would add depth and sophistication. The installation of handcrafted brass lighting fixtures with warm illumination would reinforce a sense of understated luxury. Within guest rooms and corridors, the use of high-quality Moroccan textiles, carved wooden headboards, or subtle brass inlays would introduce authenticity without compromising modern comfort. Outdoor areas, particularly around the swimming pool, could be enhanced through the addition of architectural arches, discreet mashrabiya-style wooden screens, and landscaped arrangements inspired by Andalusian garden geometry. I had a wonderful stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for families. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They really make you feel comfortable and valued as a guest. A special thank you to Gigi, who runs the kids club. She was absolutely amazing with the children – so warm, energetic, and attentive. She made the activities fun and engaging, and my kids looked forward to seeing her every day. She truly made our stay extra special. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return again!

I had a fantastic 5-day holiday at Be Live Experience Marrakech with my wife. Everything about the trip was wonderful. Coming from Scotland, the Moroccan weather was a huge highlight for me — sunny, warm, and it truly felt like summer every day! The room and the whole hotel premises were very clean and well maintained. The food was also very good with plenty of choice, and I really enjoyed my meals throughout the stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Server Elbachir, whose service was absolutely mind-blowing — so professional and kind. Also, Mohamed made our holiday even more special by organizing fantastic excursions to Casablanca and Agadir. The trips were unforgettable. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!
