I treated my family to 4 nights here in October. There were nine of us including a seven-year-old, a four-year-old, a two-year-old, and a 16 week baby. I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but I needn’t have worried at all. I cannot recommend the Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie enough! The entire resort, including our rooms, were spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the bedrooms themselves were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The facilities were great for a relaxing and fun holiday and the public areas and the pool surroundings were consistently maintained throughout the day. All the staff were exceptional and very hard-working. The reception staff were always helpful with our requests for the baby.The restaurant staff were always helpful and smiling, and the animation team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The all-inclusive restaurant totally exceeded our expectations. The choice of food was impressive, with plenty of options, including local Moroccan cuisine and international dishes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would return in a heartbeat. A genuine 5-star experience!

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were amazing! Big shout-out to Najib, who did a fantastic job keeping the rooms spotless and was always so helpful. Abdelhadi, the restaurant manager, was incredibly caring and attentive — he really made our stay special. There was a great variety of food every day, and everything was tasty. Omar at the pool snack bar was always smiling and helpful, and the drinks were amazing! The animation team were great at keeping the kids entertained — especially Mourad, who kept everyone engaged and having fun. The location was also really good, and overall, the staff and service were fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for families and would happily come back again. The only downside was the cats in the lobby and sometimes in the dining area. When sitting on the sofas, cat hair could get on your clothes, and a few cats came quite close to the tables while eating — not ideal from a hygiene point of view.

Family-Friendly Stay With Well-Planned Activities, but a Few Limitations I recently stayed at Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie – All Inclusive with my 3-year-old toddler, and overall it was a warm, family-oriented experience. Over all the resort is clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with families in mind. Although the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and enjoyable, I did sense, you would automatically be placed in a certain room until you make your request known that this is not what you expected ( but that was just my observation). One of the highlights was that the hotel’s planned activities were very well organized and reasonably priced. It made the stay more engaging, and there were plenty of options suitable for families to enjoy together. The entertainment for both children and adults and adults were amazing! However, there were a couple of downsides worth noting: • Kids Club Limitation: The Kids Club does not accept children under 4, which completely defeated the purpose for me. As a parent traveling with a toddler, I was hoping for at least occasional childcare or structured activities. This policy makes the resort less convenient for families with younger kids. • Beverages: While the wine was decent, the rest of the drinks were not great. The Cocktails alcoholic beverages didn’t live up to what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort. Despite these limitations, my toddler and I still had a pleasant experience, the organized activities, and the entertainment provided by the resort- were a definite plus. With a few adjustments—especially offering childcare options for younger children and improving the drinks—the resort could easily deliver a perfect family vacation! I had an amazing stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well organized, but what truly made my experience special was the animation team. They are full of energy, always smiling, and make sure everyone is having fun from morning to night. The activities were so well planned from pool games to evening shows, there was never a dull moment. A big thank you to all the animators for their kindness, humor, and positive vibes. They really made our vacation unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for both relaxation and entertainment in Marrakech.

We stayed at this great hotel which was absolutely stunning. It is well maintained, clean and very family friendly. The room we had was a duplex which made our stay soo much more comfortable especially with children. It also has two bathrooms, one with a bath. All the staff are approachable, polite and friendly. The evening shows were good but I still think the best show was performed by the hotel animation team! They were probably the best aspect about the hotel, MiMi (made us feel welcome, treat us like family and entertained both me and the family), Walid (best dancer I've met and straight up cool guy), Mourad (funny lad, taught me how to dance and very entertaining), Chinway (full of jokes and is a great presenter) and Gigi (Queen of the kids club, allowing us to feel like we were on holiday without our kids). The animation team get everyone involved in the activities and also participate where able to. (Archery, darts, pool ball games, dancing and they bi-lingual!)
