I stayed at Valeria Madina Club Marrakech and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. Staff at reception were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about guests’ concerns. Simple requests took forever or were just ignored. The waiters were unprofessional and inattentive. Getting basic service at meals or the bar felt like a struggle every single time. You constantly have to chase someone just to be served. The bar service was equally bad. Long waits, disorganized staff, and a general lack of hospitality. It really takes away from what should be a relaxing experience. What shocked me the most is how cheap the hotel is when it comes to bottled water. For a resort style hotel, you’d expect basic essentials to be available without feeling restricted, but that’s not the case here. It feels like everything is controlled and limited in a very unpleasant way. Overall, this hotel does not live up to expectations at all. Poor service, bad organization, and disappointing hospitality. I would not recommend staying here

We stayed here for 5 days with my family. The majority of the staff were fantastic and friendly. They greeted us with a smile and tried their best to speak English. The housekeeper cleaned our room well. The food was delicious; however, the service could be improved by providing hot drinks in each room. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place is amazing. Not sure where all the bad reviews come from . If you want a 5 star hotel go and pay for one. Club medina is excellent . Peak food times are manic , don’t go for dinner at 7.30 when the restaurant opens . Go at 8.30 instead . The staff are really good and if it appears they favour the French that’ll be because they speak French . You want a meaningful chat with the staff learn French . Marrakesh itself isn’t for me but if you love chaos and shiny market stuff then you’ll love it. . The shuttle bus to town is cheap and perfectly adequate . Foods fantastic, sun is always out we would happily return .

We arrived as a family of 6 on the 27th may 2026 first impressions wow!! Pools looked amazing water park was amazing only 3 water slids was working... We had to wait 3 hours for our room finally got to our rooms they was a massive leak from the shower room down to the hallway then caursing the children to slip and hurt them selfs there was cockrochs no air-conditioning in either of the rooms, wires coming out of the walls ant nets all over the place we complained 9hours stright we packed our luggage up sat in the lobby untill they sorted us out with anyther room or a different hotel, so then contacted easyjet they contacted the hotel several times no response, we then got locked out of our rooms becauseeasyjet wanted photos of the issues we got moved down to the hotel down the road for 1 night we then spoke to the manager 3 days in all they could offer was a free 3 course meal at the le'mango restaurant absolute disgusting never will i ever recommend this place to anyone!! And the WASPS and flies around food and drinks is vile absolutely swarmed by them.

Where do i start. The whole experience was rather pleasant. AYMAN on reception was an absolute joy. Very proffessional and courteus. Was always available to assist me when required. The waiters/waitressess were very attentive and gave great service. Yes the food at times was cold but not as bad as what others have made out. The rooms were nice and spacious but the overpowering smell of sewage was extremely unpleasant. We had to use incense sticks on a daily. Housekeeping were very attentive. This hotel is out in the sticks but only a 25 min drive to the city which for around £10 was so good. Reception always on hand to call a taxi when needed. Otherwise it was 40 dirhams returm per person via the shuttlebus. Points for the hotel to consider would be to integrate a more english approach to the entertainment and to definetly look in to the appalling smell from the bathroom. Also please look in to why the so called heated indoor pool was colder than the outdoor pools. Back on to a positive note, The maintenance that is ongoing did not disturb our stay at all which we appreciated. I would definetly revisit again. P.s i look forward to staying in the newly refurbished rooms next time around. They look like there going to be very upmarket !!!
