I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. What made things even worse was the clear discrimination I experienced — I was treated very differently compared to other guests, and it was both humiliating and infuriating. No guest should ever feel unwelcome or judged because of who they are. The spa was another huge disappointment. The facilities were dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures online. The staff there were unprofessional and didn’t seem to care at all about the guests’ comfort or safety. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Overall, this hotel doesn’t deserve even one star. If you value respect, cleanliness, and decent service, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

A very good property with beautiful and well layout open area. The swimming pool was superb. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the hospitality and assistance of the staff especially the front desk staff. The restaurant was very nice with variety of Moroccan and continental cuisine. The nights were full of life and amazing. However, the hotel needs to improve on in-rooms services. For example there isn’t tea items my room and personally requested but not provided. No toothpaste and brushes as well as part of the toiletries.

Fantastic hotel. A little further away from Marrakech than you would like but the pool, the food, the rooms was all very good. What stood out for me was the staff was brilliant. They literally will go out of their way for you at every turn. Want to go on the slides they will turn them on. You want a drink at closing time no problem they will reopen. Need a taxi or something sorted no problem Zouhair will help you. The bar staff around the Pool and particularly Yousef was also brilliant. Entertainment staff, maids just all of the staff was brilliant. Big thank you for making our stay in Morocco even better. Keep up the good work

Feedback on Our Recent Stay The property may be a 5-star hotel, but the staff’s attitude and lack of hospitality made the experience extremely disappointing. We had group bookings, yet faced multiple issues — some rooms had no running water in the bathrooms, clogged drainage, and water all over the floor. Room allocations were completely mishandled: a family of two adults and one child was given only a double bed, while two adults were assigned a room with three single beds. After a long flight with little to no rest, dealing with such disorganization and indifference from the staff was truly frustrating. Overall, a very poor experience that fell far below the standards expected from a 5-star property.

AVOID. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. We had to check into a room that we did not book. A twin bedroom, with no water bottles, no toilet paper, no towels, empty fridge, hair on the floor, leaking shower, and a shower door that doesn’t close properly. When we asked to change rooms, we were told to ask the following morning, we asked again, got told the same thing. We eventually gave up and decided to stay in the twin room which is not what we paid for. The spa itself was fine, but poor management ruined our experience. Despite booking two days in advance, our reservation was not recorded. We were made to wait an hour past our appointment, only to receive a rushed and incomplete treatment, and were then told to return the next morning to finish because the staff wanted to go home. To make matters worse, we were overcharged after they failed to recognise our package booking and were told to “pay or leave” when we raised the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, we were discriminated by the manager after this incident. We noticed her speaking to staff members about us. I don’t condone this behaviour, this is racist and unprofessional. This is not the standard you expect from a 5-star hotel.
