They are incredibly energetic, friendly, and talented, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere every day. In general, every member of the hotel staff was attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Our group of 18, made up of both adults and children, recently stayed at El Olivar Palace, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay was exceptional. The Junior Suite truly felt like a home away from home. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, giving us the perfect place to relax after each day. What really made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from every single member of staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Nadia, our housekeeper, whose attention to detail and warm nature were greatly appreciated. We'd also like to recognise the wonderful young ladies at reception, who greeted us with genuine smiles every day and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to making our stay comfortable and memorable were nothing short of exceptional. Travelling as a large group can sometimes be challenging, but the team at El Olivar Palace made everything effortless. Both the adults and the children had an amazing time, and we created memories that we'll cherish for years to come. We would highly recommend El Olivar Palace to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodation, and exceptional customer service. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. What stood out the most was how welcoming and helpful all the staff members were throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel. A little further away from Marrakech than you would like but the pool, the food, the rooms was all very good. What stood out for me was the staff was brilliant. They literally will go out of their way for you at every turn. Want to go on the slides they will turn them on. You want a drink at closing time no problem they will reopen. Need a taxi or something sorted no problem Zouhair will help you. The bar staff around the Pool and particularly Yousef was also brilliant. Entertainment staff, maids just all of the staff was brilliant. Big thank you for making our stay in Morocco even better. Keep up the good work

The staff were amazing. It’s hard to remember all the names, but there was Zakaria, the restaurant manager, Mohamed Al-Aqra, Michael, the bartender, and the DJ. The food was very diverse and really delicious, both at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was very nice..
