We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. What stood out the most was how welcoming and helpful all the staff members were throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We spent 7 wonderful days at this hotel. It is clean, well-organized, with a beautiful garden, spacious and modern rooms, each with its own large terrace. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The restaurant staff was also top-notch. The food is varied and exceptionally delicious. Everything at El Olivar was at a high level. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very disappointing experience and definitely NOT a 5-star hotel standard. We stayed here on May 10 with a tour group, and many of us experienced serious maintenance and safety issues in our rooms. Some patio doors could not lock properly, which was a major security concern. There were sewage/water drainage problems, non-functioning safety deposit boxes, and loose faucets. The hotel overall appeared poorly maintained and not up to the standard advertised. The problems were so widespread that our entire tour group decided to move to another hotel for the second night. That alone says a lot about the condition and management of this property. A hotel claiming to be 5 stars should provide guests with comfort, cleanliness, safety, and properly maintained facilities. Unfortunately, this hotel failed badly in all these areas. Would not recommend unless major renovations and maintenance improvements are made.

Fantastic hotel. A little further away from Marrakech than you would like but the pool, the food, the rooms was all very good. What stood out for me was the staff was brilliant. They literally will go out of their way for you at every turn. Want to go on the slides they will turn them on. You want a drink at closing time no problem they will reopen. Need a taxi or something sorted no problem Zouhair will help you. The bar staff around the Pool and particularly Yousef was also brilliant. Entertainment staff, maids just all of the staff was brilliant. Big thank you for making our stay in Morocco even better. Keep up the good work

Feedback on Our Recent Stay The property may be a 5-star hotel, but the staff’s attitude and lack of hospitality made the experience extremely disappointing. We had group bookings, yet faced multiple issues — some rooms had no running water in the bathrooms, clogged drainage, and water all over the floor. Room allocations were completely mishandled: a family of two adults and one child was given only a double bed, while two adults were assigned a room with three single beds. After a long flight with little to no rest, dealing with such disorganization and indifference from the staff was truly frustrating. Overall, a very poor experience that fell far below the standards expected from a 5-star property.
