We really enjoyed our stay here! We had our 11 month old and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with her. The rooms are clean and the grounds are spacious. We loved the easy pool and ocean access, as well as being a short grab into Hoi An itself. Close to the action without being in the loud busy streets. There’s tons of local fam run restaurants walking distance from the resort. The staff also made our baby special requests at the breakfast buffet which were really appreciated. Highly recommend if you’re looking to be close to Hoi An but still access the beach and quiet.

Boutique Hoi An Resort is truly my greatest discovery. For several years now, I have been visiting Hoi An every spring for about a week and have stayed in various nearby hotels, but this year I chose this one—and it quickly became my favorite place to stay. The hotel stands out with its excellent organization, beautiful location, and a stunning private beach area. The beach features fine sand, very few people, and a lovely sea, with all amenities provided—towels, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a charming beachfront café serving drinks. The swimming pool is large, well-maintained, and offers plenty of loungers for all guests. Nearby, there is a bar and café serving the pool area, as well as a well-equipped, high-quality fitness center. The hotel garden is impressive—spacious, beautifully landscaped, and maintained with exceptional care. The grass is like a carpet, watered daily and even hand-tended by the staff. The buildings are elegant and solidly constructed, with a pleasant design. The main building is taller, while the others are two-story, complemented by cozy one-story villas. The rooms are very spacious, featuring exceptionally comfortable, high-quality beds—something rarely found even in good hotels. The furnishings are carefully selected, and the bathrooms are large and highly functional, with a separate shower for added convenience. There is a generous wardrobe, desk, bedside tables with power outlets, and excellent lighting—another rare advantage that makes a real difference. The rooms are modern, quiet, and offer beautiful views. Breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff are always smiling, attentive, and highly efficient. Room care is excellent, including twice-daily housekeeping and evening turn-down service. The reception and concierge teams are extremely helpful. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to the Old Town, which is about 15–17 minutes away. Alternatively, guests can easily use taxis or Grab. Every Friday, there is a fantastic barbecue at the restaurant. The lobby also features a bar and even a tailor who can create custom-made clothing. In my opinion, this is one of the leading hotels in the entire area, thanks to its outstanding quality, structure, and service. It is located in a fine sand and peaceful beachfront setting, away from noise and traffic, yet still close to the historic Old Town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage site. I highly recommend this resort. As someone who has been visiting Vietnam and the region for over 20 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best—if not the very best—hotels in the area.

This hotel is in a great location on coconut Beach which is away from the busyness of old town but close enough to visit when you feel like it. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is amazing to cool off in or spend a day relaxing by. The breakfast was good with plenty of Asian and western options and food by the pool was good to. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely resort on the beach. Relaxed feel, mostly middle age group of guests (in May outside of school holidays). Very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is super. Fantastic restaurant nearby and laundry service available next door. Would definitely stay here again. In house spa very reasonably priced and great massages and treatments available.

This is a fantastic hotel located right by the beach. The outdoor area is absolutely amazing and provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. For us, this kind of location is ideal. It’s only about 10–15 minutes to Hoi An using the hotel’s shuttle service or a Grab ride. At check-in, we were welcomed by Phong, who gave us an excellent introduction to the hotel, the surrounding area, and Hoi An. He provided great recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and even a tailor (a very good recommendation). Phong remembered us by name and followed up with us throughout our entire stay. All in all, this is a great hotel with excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
