Our stay at Wyndham Garden Hoi An was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile by offering helpful advice and recommendations on places to visit, including the best times to go during the recent heat wave. A special thank you to Ms. Sue at the front reception, whose assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful sea views. The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring both local Vietnamese dishes and European options, ensuring there was something to suit every taste. We also highly recommend the on-site massage service. Ms. Helen was incredibly skilled and experienced, providing one of the best massage treatments we have ever had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Probably the best hotel in Hoi An — thanks especially to Sue We had an amazing stay at Wyndham Garden Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and very well organized. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and everything we needed was taken care of. What made our stay truly special was Sue. She was excellent and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Whether it was advice, arrangements, questions, or just making sure we were comfortable, Sue was always there with a smile and genuine kindness. She really made us feel looked after and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Overall, this is probably the best hotel in Hoi An. The combination of great rooms, friendly staff, excellent service, and Sue’s outstanding hospitality made it a perfect experience. We would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden Hoi An to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again.

We had a perfect stay at Wyndham Garden. Knowing it was our anniversary, they even came to pick us up from the airport for free, which made the start of our holiday feel really special and stress-free. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and pool bar area were beautiful, relaxing and extremely well maintained. The gym was also good, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was very tasty. Considering everything the hotel offers, the price was honestly very good. The location is slightly more isolated, but they offer free bicycle rental which makes it easy and enjoyable to get around. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

This is our first stay at the hotel and we really happy. The room is clean and comfortable. It has a nice view and a balcony. All the hotel staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and has a good food variety. Our girls joined the cooking class at the hotel and had really enjoyed the experience. Everything was great, starting from visiting the local market to learn about the local culture, to the cooking class itself. Rio, Thanh and Tien were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We also loved the spa at the hotel, the massage was really great and helped us to recharge. All the staff were really nice, special thanks for Miseo who looked after our son patiently while we were enjoying our massage. Our therapist Vy and friends are also amazing. We really enjoyed the whole experience at the hotel. We will definitely come back when we have the chance.

Stayed 11 nights and we had a very warm welcome. Room 40 m2 big with an big bathroom with shower and huge bath. Bathropes in the closet. A decent size swimming pool with huge towels to use and a little bar on site. Towels to use if you go to the beach. We loved the Cua Dai are, after years visiting An Bang we prefere to stay closer to Cua Dai. Not that busy and more personal space, wide beach and relaxed . We went many times to Moon Sea beach restaurant with good loungers and the best food. Breakfast at hotel was very good, a good combination of Asian and Western food with only 1 tip, use other butter cups these were almost not to open. Staff from the moment you step in until you leave always friendly and time for a little chat. Room service menu has a nice list with normal prices. Bar is open till 22.00 Hotel offers plenty to do like cooking class, coffee making class, happy hour and more. Price at Spa good. Laundry done was perfect. Needed a iron and a board, within few minutes in the room. Plenty of good restaurants nearby or a short ride to Town or An Bang Our motorbike was locked extra at night by the security. We had an outstanding stay.
