This review is loooong overdue and my apology to the resort and the team, their service deserve recognition. I stayed at this resort in 2023. We booked 2 standard rooms and got connecting rooms for no extra charge. Each room was spacious with a extra large stone bath, very well maintained. We were greated with warmth daily by Mr. Thi who gave us pointers of what to do in Hoi An. The private beach is one the best. Buffet breakfast blew our minds with variations and taste. It's a place where it stays in your heart because of how it makes you feel. We drove past today on our way to Hoi An and i instantly felt joy at the sight of the resort.

Palm Garden Resort is an absolute paradise and one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by lush tropical gardens, peaceful vibes, and genuinely warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of nature and stepping out into the greenery each morning was a dream. The beachfront location is perfect—clean, calm, and never overcrowded. The pool area is stunning, with plenty of space to relax, and the resort grounds are immaculately maintained. It truly feels like a private oasis. Mr Thi, ambassador had great service and managed things perfectly for the whole stay.

Palm Garden Resort is a very large and impressive resort with a huge, heated pool. The resort is right next to a lovely beach. We stayed in a spacious deluxe, double room with a sea view. Unfortunately our room was quite dated and in need of a refresh. The bathroom looked as though it had not been upgraded since the 1980’s or 90’s. The tap fittings and shower in particular, were low standard. The bed and mattress were not what you would expect in a 5-star resort and more like a 3-4 star standard. We would stay there again but only if we could inspect the inside of the room first.

This is our 3 time staying at this resort and you cannot find fault anywhere. The staff are all excellent, the breakfast is great, the facilities are perfect and the rooms comfy. There is also 2 happy hours. Special mentions to staff members Khoa at the Contino Bar and Hahn & Thien at the beach bar : great service and excellent people. Thank you for Mr Vi for looking after us during our stay. Will definitely return again next year. Keep up the good work.

A truly unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived at Palm Garden Beach Resort until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, but what makes this place truly special is the people. Honestly, it is difficult to find a single thing to complain about. Every member of staff went far beyond providing good service – they made us feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and at home. Their warmth, kindness, and dedication created an atmosphere that made our holiday unforgettable. A special thank you to Anh Thi, also known as Mr. Thi or the “Coconut Man.” He is much more than an employee – he is an entertainer, a host, and a true ambassador for the resort. He has an incredible ability to make every guest feel seen and welcome, whether young or old. From activities at the hotel to adventures outside the resort, he always made sure everyone felt included, safe, and happy. We would also like to mention Hong, who provided some of the warmest and most genuine hospitality we have ever experienced. Her kindness, attention, and care made a lasting impression on us. And finally, a big thank you to the lifeguards. They consistently went above and beyond their responsibilities, always helping, organising, and looking after guests with a smile. Their friendliness and willingness to assist never went unnoticed. Palm Garden Beach Resort is not just a beautiful place to stay—it is a place filled with people who genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. We will leave with wonderful memories and hope to return someday. Highly recommended! ❤️
