We had a wonderful stay at Cavo Bianco Hotel Santorini. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was a great place to relax. Everything was well so clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good stay at this hotel. Rooms were super clean and the floor was mopped daily along with the usual service. Staff are super friendly and personable, whilst helping us to explore the Island. A good variety of food for breakfast. Sunbeds are comfy, however drinks and food around the pool are pricey compared to the bars/restaurants on Kamari beach. The gym is ok, but very limited for a 5* hotel.

This is the first time I have ever left such a low-rating review, but I feel it is important to share our experience. Unfortunately, our holiday plans were completely ruined because of the lack of communication from this hotel. Since we had booked through a travel agency, we contacted the hotel every single day for almost a week to make sure our reservation was confirmed. Each time, we were reassured that everything was fine. We even received an email confirming that our booking was 100% valid. The only day we didn't call was the day before our arrival, simply because we had already called six days in a row and had no reason to doubt the hotel's confirmations. However, when we arrived, we were shocked to discover that our reservation had disappeared from their system, despite all the confirmations we had received by both phone and email. The only solution offered was for us to pay for the room again, which we found completely unacceptable. This review is based solely on our experience with the hotel's management and staff. We cannot comment on the accommodation or services because we were never given the chance to stay there. I believe that, at the very least, the hotel should have informed us if our reservation had disappeared from their system or if there had been any issue with the travel agency. Considering that we had contacted them every day for a week, they had plenty of opportunities to notify us before we flew to Santorini. Had we known there was any problem at all, we simply would not have travelled there. To make matters worse, only one person from our group of four eventually received an email saying they would continue checking the situation and could provide accommodation until it was resolved. That email arrived about seven hours after we had already been turned away from the hotel. We couldn't realistically wait for hours without knowing whether we would have a place to sleep. If the hotel had genuinely wanted to help, they could have contacted us much earlier. They had our phone numbers and email addresses, yet no one called us before our arrival or while we were desperately trying to find alternative accommodation. This experience was extremely disappointing and caused us unnecessary stress at the very beginning of our vacation.

Lovely staff( reception, kitchen, cleaning); very helpful, patiënt and friendly. Cleaner even repaired/rethreaded loop in pyjamas, class! Reception remembered late checkout request, no charge. Quiet (late September). 2 Small swimming pools but adequate for a dip and a swim. Excellent breakfast with really nice cooked dishes as well as fruits, bread etc. Gym with varied equipment as well as some loose weights. Not sure if parking available.Rooms were fine, comfortable beds, decent bathroom and ward robes, safe, fridge...not exceptional but very pleasant.

we stayed here in October, the rooms were spacious, tv, kettle, water and fridge and the staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was always good. the shower in the room had different settings over a bath all with excellent shampoo, conditioner and body lotions. cannot really fault hotel, we did not have food or drink in bar as going into off-season we were out enjoying the island.
