Perhaps the best-located hotel in Muscat. The location is outstanding, perched slightly elevated on a rocky promontory. This affords fantastic views of the sea and the coastline in this part of Muscat. The location and the outdoor area clearly make the hotel attractive to locals as well, so it's not exclusively a tourist hotel. Great pool facilities, beautifully situated restaurants, good food, and very friendly staff. Everything was perfect; the only slight drawback was that the hotel rooms were a bit small. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Crowne Plaza Muscat! The view is fantastic, especially overlooking the sea. The breakfast and Iftar buffet were excellent with plenty of variety. We also really enjoyed the Italian and Omani/Persian restaurants. Having direct access to a public beach was a big plus.

We tried the day pass (25 OMR, including 15 OMR credit for food and drinks). The location is beautiful, with cliffs surrounding a small bay and a stunning sunset view. However, compared to other hotels in Muscat, the value for money felt a bit lower. The main downside is that sunbeds are placed very close to each other around the pool, which makes the space feel crowded and less relaxing. Also, during Ramadan the pool closes at 5:30 pm, which feels a bit limiting if you pay for a full day pass.

Whether it was a friendly greeting, thoughtful assistance, or simply the calm and inviting atmosphere, everything came together perfectly. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations — it surpasses them effortlessly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Nice hotel, but small rooms with far too little storage space. The breakfast was very extensive and the view beautiful. The hotel is a bit remote. Check-in and check-out at the reception desk went very smoothly, but there was no help with luggage at all!
