This was our first time visiting Muscat and we had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the pool areas were very relaxing, and it was great to have a section of the beach specifically for the hotel. We ate dinner at the Edge restaurant, the service was fantastic and the food delicious. The sunset views were amazing! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Bhavesh, Monir, and Santhosh were great during breakfast, and Jamila on the front desk was especially helpful in arranging a late check out for us.

Crowne Plaza Muscat Due to a delayed flight arrival, I reached the hotel at 04:15 in the morning. Despite the unusually late hour, I was welcomed with exceptional courtesy, and the check-in process was remarkably swift and efficient. The room assigned to me was spacious, very comfortable, and in excellent condition. The breakfast offered a wide selection of high-quality dishes and impressed both in terms of variety and presentation. Equally noteworthy were the beautifully designed pool area and the well-maintained, easily accessible beach, both of which contributed significantly to a very pleasant stay. Throughout my visit, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, further enhancing the overall positive experience. The only point of criticism concerns the well-known Wi-Fi issues within the IHG group when using VPN connections, particularly with NordVPN. The connection was at times difficult to establish or only partially functional, which is an area that would benefit from improvement. Aside from this, my stay was excellent in every respect. The hotel is highly recommended.

Crowne Plaza Muscat by IHG – great hotel The Crowne Plaza is in an excellent location to explore the area. Many places are within walking distance, including the seaside promenade. With a car, everything is even easier. The food options are very good — several restaurants and bars to choose from. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want: Asian dishes, European classics, Middle Eastern food… you name it. The bars with sea views are especially beautiful. Watching the sunset from there is fantastic. The pool area is well set up, and the private beach — right next to the hotel — is a real highlight. And again, a big compliment to the team. Great job, thank you — well done and keep it up!

I had a wonderful stay in Crowne hotel. South American buffet dinner was divine. Super tasty dishes, gorgeous setup by the pool and friendly service. Breakfast was very tasty too. The hotel outside area was lovely, stairs to the beach and loungers available throughout. Great stay
