Overall, the hotel was a great experience and the location is excellent. My kids and I especially loved the adventure zone — it’s the perfect mix of fun and challenge. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities, from zip-lining and climbing walls (I didn't try this only saw it) to obstacle courses, plus indoor options like table tennis and billiards. They even have scooters for rent, which added an extra layer of excitement to our stay. Honestly, there’s something for everyone in the family, and I really appreciated how well they catered to kids too. My only drawback was that the room phones weren’t working, so I had to walk to the reception for any request or call from my mobile like an outsider — which was a bit inconvenient. Overall Still I consider it A fun, active, and memorable stay for all of us!

I recently stayed at DusitD2 Hotel and I mistakly booked in this hotel. Recommended by agoda booking. The way to the resort is the road is a rough, unpaved mountain track that requires a 4×4 vehicle with manual sitting. The terrain is steep, with sharp turns and loose gravel. It is recommended for drivers who have experience with mountain driving, as the route can be challenging and requires careful control and confidence behind the wheel. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the design of the hotel gives a a hickey vibe feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Mohamed and Anwar were very helpful. The one who did the checking in while arriving to the hotel, was confused and all the information he provided about the hotel, we discovered next day that wasn't accurate he is name was Adel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but and the location inside Jebel Sifah makes it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The beach area so peaceful, clean, the three ⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because the room had unpleasant smell of sewage, and they tried to spray the room but it was uncomfortable to smell also liked the easy access by buggy to the , restaurants, and the lobby. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a quiet escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Dusit D2 Naseem Hotel, Jebel Akhdar! It’s a beautiful and spacious property, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was clean and comfortable — not too big but just the right size for a cozy stay. Our room had a lovely balcony with a beautiful sunset view, which made the experience even more special. (There are other room types available as well, but ours happened to face the sunset.) What truly stood out for us was the exceptional service. All the staff members were incredibly accommodating and service-oriented, always ready to help with a smile. There are rental bikes available — both electric and regular — which you can hire for about 30 minutes to ride around the property. It’s a great experience, especially when the weather is nice. The adventure park is another highlight, perfect for adventure lovers or kids who enjoy a bit of excitement (minimum height requirement is 130 cm). The breakfast deserves a special mention — the weekend spread was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of delicious options, and even on weekdays, the buffet was impressive with English and Arabic selections, pastries, and live stations. The pool area is also very well maintained, with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the mountain breeze. Overall, a lovely property with excellent hospitality — perfect for a weekend getaway, especially when the weather is cool. Highly recommend!

I was genuinely pleased with my stay at the Dusit Hotel in Jabal Akhdar. The rooms were elegant, and the staff was incredibly friendly. In particular, the front desk employee named Mukhtar was very respectful and attentive, making sure I was completely satisfied with the service. As for areas of improvement, I’d suggest diversifying the dinner menu a bit, maybe including more Continental or Italian options rather than mostly Indian dishes. Another minor issue was the shower temperature, which started warm but turned cold after a few minutes. It would be great if guests could control the water temperature themselves so that longer, more relaxing showers are possible. On a very positive note, the breakfast was enriching and truly great—definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, the spa services and the atmosphere were wonderful, and I had a lovely experience.

This was my second visit to dusitD2 Naseem Resort, Jabal Akhdar, and it was just as amazing as the first. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome. The food at Veranda Restaurant was very good, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from. The resort has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a getaway. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and I’d definitely come back again.
