My experience was truly exceptional, and I was very impressed by the excellent services, facilities, and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I would especially like to thank Budoor AL Toobi and the receptionist, Waleed Al Zakwani, for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication. His exceptional service made our experience truly memorable. Thanks as well to Al Hussein and the entire team and front offices and all the staff for their kindness and dedication. The rooms were spotless, the view was beautiful, the pool was very clean, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and varied. We also loved the games and activities available, as well as the beautiful gardens filled with flowers, fruits, and vegetables, which gave the place a unique charm and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was wonderful, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay. The resort itself is well maintained,easy to navigate and well kept. The rooms were spacious, very clean and looked like they were recently upgraded. The kids had alot of fun at the adventure park, unfortunately we found the pool temperature too cold for our liking. To the staff, we thank you for your courteous and friendly approach, you made our stay pleasant and remembering.

Dinner at the View was a great experience - Excellent veg food suggestions by Lovedeep who serviced our table with superb vegetarian culinary choices prepared by SuperChef Ahmed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the dusitD2 Naseem Resort in Jabal Akhdar, Oman, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with refreshing drinks, which was a lovely touch after our journey. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Omani elements. The views from the resort are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain landscapes all around. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable that we had trouble getting up in the mornings! The balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. Every meal we had was a delight, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone, from fresh fruits to hearty hot dishes. The resort also boasts fantastic facilities, including free access to the adventure park, which was a huge hit with both kids and parents! It was such a fun way to spend the day, with various activities that kept everyone entertained. Watching my kids explore and enjoy the park while I relaxed nearby was a perfect balance of family fun. We loved the infinity pool, which seemed to blend perfectly with the stunning views of the mountains. The spa services were a treat, and I highly recommend indulging in a massage after a day of exploring. Speaking of exploration, the location of the resort is perfect for those looking to discover the natural beauty of Jabal Akhdar. The staff were very helpful in suggesting local attractions and arranging activities, such as hiking and sightseeing tours. Overall, our stay at dusitD2 Naseem Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and stunning surroundings made it a truly unforgettable experience.
