We stayed in this new hotel before setting out for camping and were amazed at the quality of everything. We have previously stayed at Anantara next door and this Indigo is better on all counts. The rooms are beautifully designed. There’s a shower and no bathtub, which is fine. The canyon view is second to none. The pool is great for kids and adults. And the food! We are quite discerning and this breakfast was better than most 5 star hotels in terms of quality. Real sourdough bread (not the usual pretend stuff), fantastic tasting eggs, real cheeses (Gouda, edam, brie), moutabal, hummus, etc, great tea and coffee. Absolutely top notch! Maybe fewer options than a 5 star hotel might have ( no berries, for example), but this is far outweighed by the premier culinary fundamentals. In-room dining was also great. Alfredo was properly al dente, which is rare anywhere outside Italy.

An absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. A very special thank you to Hiruni, who is honestly one of the best waitresses in the world. Her kindness, energy, and outstanding service truly made our experience unforgettable. The level of hospitality she provides is simply exceptional. A huge compliment as well to Vilbin, the Head Pastry Chef, who was phenomenal. The breakfast was extremely complete, delicious, and beautifully prepared, with outstanding pastries and a great variety of high-quality options. The spa was absolutely incredible, relaxing, luxurious, and perfectly maintained, with breathtaking surroundings. Everything about this hotel reflects excellence, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oman and looking for a unique and memorable experience. The worst thing about this hotel is having to leave. We will definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection in the Mountains! This was hands down one of the best stays we have ever had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was at its absolute peak. Every single member of the staff was incredibly attentive, warm and friendly throughout. The kids had an incredible time and were thoroughly entertained by the pool and the PlayStation setup, making it a truly family-friendly getaway. The dining experience was exceptional: The Restaurant Team: Bibin was outstanding. From the moment we walked in for both breakfast and dinner, he made sure we were perfectly attended to. The spread of options was wonderful. The Pastry Team: The Pastry Chef, Vilbin, personally interacted with us, and his desserts were an absolute highlight of our meals—simply delicious! Apricot based 😍 not sure how many times they had to refill. The resort itself is beautiful. While we unfortunately ran out of time to experience the spa (Basement) , we did get to spend a fantastic evening at the Rooftop. Enjoying some drinks and shisha in the cool mountain weather with such a nice ambience was the perfect way to unwind. A special shoutout to Mr. Anoop, who took the time to show us around the property. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely be exploring other room options—especially those incredible Chalets with the private basement pools! A must-visit place in Jabal Akhdar. We will definitely be back!

I had lunch with family The restaurant has an excellent menu with variety of choices. The price was right and the food was delicious too. The services was excellent too. The location is very good on top of a mountain with nice view of mountains. Nice place for relaxing. Vikram and Denver were assisting us during the lunch with excellent service!
