An amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Jabal Al Akhdar! The location and breathtaking mountain views were absolutely beautiful, and the hotel has such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A special thank you to Mohammed at Zaatar Restaurant for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, kind, attentive, and always made sure we were well taken care of. His warm and friendly attitude really made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent hospitality!

We had the most incredible two-night stay at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar and are genuinely gutted to be leaving! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, kind and attentive, and there was such a genuine warmth to the service throughout the hotel. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we were made to feel so welcome during our entire stay. A special mention has to go to Hammad, who was exceptionally friendly, chatty and engaging. He always took the time to speak with us and made us feel completely at home, his personality and genuine hospitality really stood out. We would also like to especially thank Alrich from the rooftop bar, who was incredibly attentive and hospitable and made our experience there even more memorable. The food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious, but the views are something else entirely absolutely breathtaking and genuinely stunning. Pictures simply don't do them justice. Being surrounded by those incredible mountains and canyons made the whole experience feel very special. Between the spectacular surroundings, delicious food, beautiful and comfortable rooms and, above all, the wonderful people who looked after us, this has been an unforgettable stay. We are genuinely gutted to leave, but one thing is certain, we will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the food was outstanding. The Zater Restaurant offered a very good selection for both breakfast and dinner. A special thank you to Mr. Sanjay and Chef Rewan for their exceptional hospitality and for preparing such delicious meals. They made our stay even more memorable

This is a great new hotel high up in the mountains. The only downside was we were only booked in for 1 night. The breakfast and dinner that we had in the buffet style restaurant was 1st class. Very attractive waiters ( for your wine and water ) Yes you can buy alcohol here. The rooms were a great size, try to get one overlooking the pool and down the valley, the front facing rooms aren't bad but the view out of the rear rooms is fabulous. There is a roof top bar which sometimes has a very cool DJ. You can also buy alcohol up here. It's a long drive up a very steep road to the hotel and surrounding properties. There is a police check point at the bottom of the road so make certain you have all your paperwork ready. The road is new and the old cart track long gone. The pool area is fabulous again offering great views of the valley and mountains. We loved this place , ( which is unusual for a new hotel ,) All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly recommend it.

We decided to take the Canyon View Balcony Chalet and were not disappointed. Welcomed by one of the most stunning views over the canyon each morning, the canyon photos were shot straight off the balcony. The staff are extremely accomodating and polite, the facilities are beautiful. A short drive away there are some beautiful vistas over the terraced farms, other areas of the canyon and some extremely unique and ancient buildings. An absolutely stunning stay that's highly recommended.
