I visited this resort back in June with my family for a 1 week stay. (2 adults 1 kid). A 4* Hotel it is not. Good: Resort is clean, the entertainment staff are great, the pool areas are well kept and the food is perfectly fine for a weeks stay. My partner and kid loved the sweet corner but I would like to see some better snacks, maybe something like a gyro/souvlaki bar that I have seen in cheaper hotels. The grounds of the resort are genuinely nice to look and it really gave me a sense of being on holiday. Bad: The room itself. Rock hard beds, broken lights in bathroom (which was reported to maintenance, they came to the room, inspected it and never saw them again) The bathroom was incredibly dingy. I dont think I was able to be comfortable sleeping for the whole week. The location of the resort is okay, they provide a shuttle bus to the beach which we only used once. The atmosphere around the pool during the day is good. We had a 3 year old that wasnt that into joining in but in the evenings she loved the mini disco and the shows. The one downside is they had a crackling speaker and due to the volume they had the shows it just made it hard to listen too. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but I dont think we will reconsider this resort for future holidays as there are plenty of other resorts around Greece that I feel we would get a better value for money and greater comfort. £2k for a week even with a free child place is maybe on the expensive side for what we got and the lack of quality sleep I had.

Fantastic hotel staff were all amazing from housekeeping to reception. Entertainment team were awesome. Food in restaurant and snack bar was excellent great choice . Hotel and pools etc spotless. Great location land train to Faliraki and taxis to Rhodes good price. My grandson was poorly and housekeeper for their room was so kind giving advice. We will definitely be back 100% recommend this hotel

Overall good holiday, amazing location with amazing staff. Staff: Staff were really welcoming. Entertainment team was amazing. Rooms: Decent, personally we weren’t too fussed on a modern room but I understand why some people in the reviews were disappointed. Little bit outdated. Room service was excellent though. All inclusive: Decent, but didn’t meet the demand, huge queues for pancakes specifically. Pastries were gone within a minute and not restocked for another 20-30 mins. Snack bar was definitely the best part especially the loukoumades. Not enough staff in the bar upstairs but the woman who did serve us was excellent. The choice of all inclusive cocktails was amazing. Location: Absolutely amazing! Faliraki is around a 20 minute walk away however we found there are electric scooters parked outside which cost a few euro and take you into faliraki within 5-10 mins. Alternatively, there is a little train style shuttle which costs 10 euros per adult return and arrives at the hotel every single day. It takes you into faliraki which is absolutely amazing. Lots of places to eat and loads of shops. The hotel is also in an accessible location for day trips, we were able to book a trip to Farma and Symi online which was able to park right outside the hotel. The pool was also really good, lots of sunbeds but the umbrellas cannot be moved which made finding shade difficult. Overall good but definitely some parts could have been improved for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was a pleasant place to stay overall. While the food was satisfactory, it didn’t particularly stand out. However, the bar staff were excellent—attentive and impressively remembered our drinks. The lifeguard was also very friendly and clearly competent, creating a safe and welcoming environment around the pool. Enteretainment team Marlon was an outstanding entertainer who really made our stay memorable. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great time. He engaged with guests effortlessly and created such a fun, lively atmosphere. What stood out most was how much he seemed to enjoy himself while entertaining. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and welcoming to everyone. A real credit to the hotel’s entertainment team! Meg was fantastic throughout our stay. She was warm, welcoming, and always made an effort to ensure guests were enjoying themselves. Her energy and positivity really helped bring people together, and she was especially great at encouraging guests to join in activities without ever making it feel forced. Meg struck the perfect balance of being engaging and approachable, which made a big difference to the overall experience. A wonderful entertainer who truly enhances the atmosphere!

Spent a week here with family of 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 6&8). Very good hotel for it's price, good waterslides and many pools! Beds were good too. Cleaners did their job well, hotel rooms and hotel areas are very clean. Still can't give 5 stars for following reasons: 1. The hotelroom: bathroom outdated, needs renovation. In the room there were no shelves or hooks to hang/fold clothes or towels anywhere, so had to keep all our clothes in our suitcases for the whole week. 2. Food in the buffet could offer more different foods daily. Yes, there is plenty of which to choose from, but it's about the same every day. Desserts were the same cakes every day. (Overall food quality was still good, and kids always found something to eat every day) 3. No berries at all in the buffet, not even strawberries. At least our family usually eats some kind of berries every day, so this was a surprise there were no berries. Stawberries, blueberries, raspberries.....??? 4. When travelling with young kids, it would have been nice if the loud music of the evening shows would end at around 21.30-22.00. Now there was loud music even later than that. 5. As someone who loves to drink tea few times per day, I really would have appreciated more options and flavours to the tea selection in the hotel. We could visit here again though, next time I'll bring my own tea with me, just to have more variety...
