I am currently staying with my family and living my best life ☀️ pools are nice, food is great and the staff is the nicest people 🌈 We have become great friends with the bartender Dimitri who is always there with a good drink and better stories. When the shower broke, it was immediately repared. The kids love the ice cream bar and the mini disco in the evenings 💃 10/10 would recommend. Placed in kolymbia, right smack down in the middle between all the good tourist spots, is is easy to navigate the island by rental car.

The hotel is beautiful, Dumitrisi the best!!!! he’s the best bartender i’ve had very talkative and polite made our experience the very best, the pool and food was lovely. Break fast lunch and dinner was lovely. But dumitrsi made our days.

I have just spent a week at this hotel. In all honesty it definitely shouldn't be a 4 star hotel. The room we were initially given had a loose wire coming out of the wall in the bathroom. The air conditioning just didn't work at all, which meant the rooms were boiling in the night. Often outside the room it was cooler than inside. We had to complain to the hotel reception for 2 days before they would send out a technician to look at the AC. Only the technician couldn't fix it, and we had to wait one more night before they offered us a different room. Overall there is a bug and mosquito problem in the hotel, even in the common area. A few fly zappers could potentially help with this, but we routinely had to put on mosquito repellent spray before going to bed (On night one we woke up with over 15 mosquito bites) The food is very hit and miss. The pizza at dinner is consistently good. Lunch was the worst food in pur opinion. There are rarely any explanations on what foods are, the cards just say "Beef" or "Pork". We often elected to eat lunch elsewhere. Breakfast was okay at best, limited options. Bacon and fried eggs quite oily. The poolside snacks were pretty much the same. The nuggets and fries were okay, but the beef burger is one of the worst I have ever had. The beef didn't taste right. Ice cream was only chocolate and vanilla, if you want anything else you have to go out of the hotel. Soft drinks and cocktails and other alcoholic drinks were actually fine, although there's no one consistent place you can get it, which id slightly inconvenient (Before 10 only at breakfast, then from 10 am to 5pm at the pool side bar, and then from 5pm at the main bar) Hotel shop is quite expensive, there are some supermarkets nearby which are much cheaper. Hotel staff was mixed as well. The receptionist st night wasn't very friendly, felt like he just wanted the tourist tax (which was cash only). Restaurant staff was friendly, but the waiting staff is overly eager to collect your plates even when you are still eating.

In general a very positive stay at Golden Odyssey Hotel 🌟 We stayed at the hotel during week 41 to 42. The overall rating is 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars, the reason behind is the following: Rooms: 🌟🌟🌟🌟, good design and decor. The beds are standard. What takes away star 5 is the showers, which had very little water presure, the pilles, which was hard and the lack of finish In the room In general. But still far better than most hotel experiences 👍👍 Location: 🌟🌟🌟. Not a bad location, but still a bit of walking and traveling distance to all nearby shopping. However, very close to one of my all time best beach (tsambika beach). Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟. They have a small play ground, however it is old and worn down, yet still usefull. There are multiple pools, and a water park which is a big plus. Not to crowded, the big downside is that the pools is very very cold. Not that suited for small children. The main pool area is good and have good snackbar and high service. There is also some evening entertainment, and a bar + a mini marked at the hotel. Which all is a plus. BUT the big downside is the cold pools. Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I can only say top service level on all acounts, you always feel welcome and greeted with a smile. Nothing but positive thinks to say here. If you show the personal respect and kindness, they treat you as royalty 🙏🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dimitri from the bar is one of the best people in the Hotel Odyssey, full of profesional and kindness man, as well I have to notice about two kind grandpas and one grandma in the restaurant, They are really friendly people. I recommanded this hotel to everyone! :)
