Myself and my husband have spent seven days at this hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We came here last year for a few days and it was good but this time it has exceeded our expectations in many ways. The room was lovely, spacious and cleaned every day by the hotel staff. The food was amazing and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. It really made our special holiday enjoyable and memorable. We used the spa and facilities which was excellent too. The only thing that caused a slight problem was the refund for the pool cards as my husband was not initially given the option in which currency to receive the refund back in and that had caused us to be short changed. My husband wanted to do chip and pin and the receptionist was insisting contactless. Allowing the option for using chip and pin would have prevented the issue occurring as he would have been able to select the correct currency. However, once my husband spoke to the manager it was sorted out eventually. I understand that the venue is cashless and only card payments are accepted but by letting guests have the option to pay by by contactless or chip and pin (where the correct currency can be selected) can prevent incidents of this nature occurring in the first place. Apart from that incident it was an excellent stay and would definitely return again. Thank you for making our 10th year anniversary trip so memorable.

I had a wonderful experience at the All-Inclusive plus Lounge during my stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was consistently attentive, and it really made our visit feel special. A special thank you to Sreelakshmi and Neffer, who were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out and made the lounge experience memorable. I’d also like to recognize Houcef (chef) for the delicious food – everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Pooja and Rekha were also fantastic, always helpful and kind, making sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The whole team created a warm and enjoyable environment, and their hard work truly shows. Thank you all for such a great part of our stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were spotless, and the food selection was diverse and delicious every single day. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredibly kind and professional staff. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Maroune, Jolanta, Nicolle, Kate, Madan and Polish receptionist Angela for their outstanding service, warm attitude, and genuine hospitality. I really appreciate having a Polish-speaking receptionist — it made our stay much more comfortable. They made us feel truly welcome and special throughout our entire stay. We are extremely grateful for such a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect all-inclusive vacation. We will definitely come back!

Geat experience with All Inc Plus programme . The staff was friendly and welcoming to new tourists regardless of their age and ethnicity. The food was also very varied. It was mostly organised as a buffet with lots of different cuisine. we liked the fact that guests are entitled to have dinner in several restaurants. Our room was always clean and the staff was very friendly.we are not sure about the names but they all are pretty good with making the room tidy and clean Special thanks to Sree Lakshmi and We had excellent table service by the staff who attended to us ( Subash and maniyappan) they are calm, friendly and made sure we had a good time. We are not sure about the persons name who served on Sunday evening he is excellent All the members in Salia and Guliez restaurant was amazing All together we enjoyed the stay, we are quite happy about the cleanliness of the place Thank you so much to all❤️

I had a wonderful stay at db San Antonio Hotel + Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the facilities were excellent. The food selection was great, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.
