My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week while exploring Malta, and the entire experience was fantastic! From the reception and the room to the pool, everything was excellent. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to stay away from the busy city centre while still having easy access to all parts of the island. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of options, all fresh and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Malta!

All I can say is we won’t be returning any time soon as a family,Please avoid this place. My initial post is to long with every problem we had in detail. google won’t let me post it. We had many problems here all within the first 6 hours of our stay. Terrible experience. Rude staff, incompetent and rooms are overall not what you expected for the price you pay. We were never even contacted by the manager in the week we stayed and not moved to another room either. This place is like a nursing home the amount of old people coming we felt like the odd ones out. barely any other families around not family friendly at all. Our recommendation is don’t waste your hard earned money here you will be disappointed as we were. We got no apologies for everything that happened to us even upon checking out as well when asked how was our stay by a women. She was completely rude and sighed at me like I insulted her and her workplace. Its not how guests are meant to be treated. 1 star all round.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. After staying at the 5-star Barceló Fortina (which I would not recommend), I was genuinely surprised by how much better my experience was here. The atmosphere is relaxing, the pool area is very nice, and the café is great. Even though the hotel is located by a road, it is still a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

The AC in the room is super good! Rooms are very spacious and they have some lovely views from the balcony Housekeeping staff- Particularly Analim she was a sweetheart always made sure our room was clean and topped up anything that we needed she would come back if we wasn’t in she was just amazing and made our experience so lovely. I would honestly come back just for her! Restaurants are really good especially the pizza Italian one they do this amazing pasta with burrata which everyone must try and again the service was great. Such a good location and not far from the main restaurants about a 8 minute drive which really isn’t much if you get a Bolt taxi I would 100% stay here again, the pools are really nice and they have some amazing cocktails to offer and happy hour!!

Beautiful hotel with plenty of facilities (spa, 3 pools, sauna, steam room, game room, 3 restaurants, bar and couple of souvenir shops). Staff is friendly and helpful and the concierge man is fantastic. Amazing breakfast with plentiful options, you're not able to try everything in one day. It's a quiet spot well suited for young families.
