The property is expansive, which some guests may find challenging to navigate; however, the layout becomes intuitive once familiar with the lift access. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool and bar with panoramic views, alongside both ground-floor outdoor and indoor pools. The dining quality is consistently high across the buffet and the three specialty restaurants, each available for one weekly visit. Situated just a 15-minute walk from St. Paul's Bay, the location is highly convenient. While standard rooms feature limited balcony space and views, I recommend upgrading to a sea-view room €25 per night but might be cheaper when you book. Thi will significantly enhance the experience. Overall, this is a well-positioned hotel offering high-quality dining and facilities.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights with the all-inclusive package, and we had a great time! We were lucky enough to get a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The room was spacious, and we loved the large balcony and bathroom. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, and I have to mention the shower—the water pressure was amazing! The food was good, with a nice variety of options. If you’re planning to eat at the specialty restaurants, make sure to reserve a table early since they can get fully booked. The nightly shows were fun and entertaining, and there was always something to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation. We would happily come back!

Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and well maintained. We chose all inclusive, the food has been amazing, a great choice every meal, all tasting superb, fresh and hot. Definitely the best all inclusive dining we have experienced. The all inclusive cocktails are very hit and miss with very little alcohol content, which was a little disappointing, but other than that no complaints what so ever, and would highly recommend.

The main outdoor pool is outdated, however the adult only rooftop pool is amazing and modern. Can be hard to get a sunbed at the rooftop pool but when you do it’s great. Great selection of drinks at the bars across the hotel. The a la carte restaurants aren’t true a la cartes. The themed restaurants are buffets, besides the Caribbean restaurant which is a set restricted menu. The food in the buffet is great, one of the best all inclusive buffets I’ve had in Europe. Good selection, including a frozen yogurt machine. Fresh stone oven baked pizza regularly made during lunch and dinner service, which you can see being made freshly. The hotel has a “rock beach” but it’s more of a mini cliff and then the sea. Still okay for a swim but just be warned you’d have to travel for a real pebble/sand beach. Nice location around too. The room I had was a little outdated but not bad

Good hotel with some tweaks – could be great! We had a really enjoyable stay at Qawra Palace Resort & Spa. The hotel is in a great location with lovely sea views, and the rooftop pool is definitely one of the highlights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and kept very clean throughout our stay. I emailed the hotel before our arrival and received a prompt response, which was always a good sign. We thought the food was excellent, with a choice of amazing homemade pizzas, pasta dishes, and a variety of good-quality meat and vegetarian options in the main restaurant. Different restaurants are also available, with one visit included per week’s stay under the all-inclusive package. We chose the Asian restaurant, which was really enjoyable. We normally come home craving something, but we enjoyed every meal. There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the dated parts of the hotel, mainly around the main pool. The hotel is quite large and busy, so the restaurant and lifts can get crowded at peak times. The hotel is a bit of a maze, with different lifts going to different areas; however, we soon worked it out. The main pool is across the road from reception and down a level, but this is not immediately obvious when accessing it. Some reviews mentioned a damp smell, and we did notice this on the lower floors. Luckily, we had a room on the ninth floor, so this was not an issue for us. The all-inclusive drinks are basic, and sparkling wine is not offered at all. However, the cocktail list is included. There is also no lobby or reception bar included in the all-inclusive package, as you find in many hotels. Only the rooftop and pool bars are open, which is fine when the weather is good but less convenient when it is raining. We did manage to find a nice bar for pre-dinner drinks at one of the Caribbean restaurants. Unfortunately, it was not open every day and was not well advertised. The entertainment in the Grand Hall was professionally presented, and the entertainment team adapted well to different types of shows Overall, we had a good holiday and felt the hotel offered good value for money. Because of this, we would return. It has plenty of facilities, a great rooftop pool, and friendly staff. With just a couple of improvements, it could be an excellent hotel.
