A very clean hotel, our room was great, plenty of space and a huge balcony although a bit overlooked from the bar above... The adults only swimming pool on the top floor was good with a shallow pool below with waterfall backdrop. We were right on a beach, as advertised, but it was rocky and no where to sit. The water there was so clear but just difficult to get to. I think maybe more information could have been given out on our arrival as to the layout of the hotel, when we were checking out we heard a member of staff explained to new arrivals where things were and different restaurants and coffee bars to use but we missed out on this, so depends on which member of staff you deal with. Great choice of food, Overall a very nice hotel.

We arrived this morning for a 10-day stay. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, the room is clean, and thankfully the air conditioning works well. Unfortunately, our first impressions have been overshadowed by some significant issues. The floors throughout the hotel are extremely slippery and feel genuinely unsafe. My wife fell heavily in the corridor leading to the restaurant, and I'm hoping she hasn't sustained any injury. The all-inclusive package is also very disappointing. There are two attractive cafés on site, but both require an additional charge. I simply expect a decent decaffeinated filter coffee, as is standard in many Spanish hotels, but was told that only Nescafé instant decaffeinated coffee is available. The cafés should be included within the all-inclusive offering. The selection of soft drinks is also extremely limited. Lunch was enjoyable, but once again the slippery floors were noticeable, and the dining area felt overcrowded. The pool area is similarly overcrowded, with guests packed very closely together, which detracts from what should be a relaxing holiday experience. Based on our experience so far, this hotel feels much closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one. On a positive note, the gentleman who assists with luggage is exceptional and goes above and beyond to help guests. He is a real credit to the hotel. I will be raising my concerns with Jet2.

Perfect family holiday with our 2 teenage sons. Quickly checked in as arrived late in the evening, Room was clean and spacious, tea and coffee is a nice touch and this is restocked when the room was cleaned, bathroom was again spacious with waterfall shower, hand wash, shower gel and shower caps. Good variety of food at lunchtime and evening, snacks in late afternoon were also nice, we especially enjoyed the cakes! Water stations though-out the hotel. Loved the pool area, bar staff were super friendly, good selection of soft drinks, ice creams and slushies, sun beds were all reserved by 7.30am, lots of parasols, the beach access is fab, we spent so much time in the sea, animation team were really good, the games area by the pool was good fun, for the children and adults. Super location, we visited the Aquarium and Classic Car Museum, caught a taxi to Valletta €30, buses passes the hotel frequently with the bus stop right outside, so it’s easy to get about. We didn’t use the roof top pool really as one of children is only 16, the views were spectacular, a really nice vibes up there. Our boys did use the gym and enjoyed their time there. I would 100% recommend this hotel to families and couples, we have a fantastic 8 days in Beautiful Malta, it was perfect!

Our Holiday My family and I stayed here for a 7-day holiday. On arrival, we checked in but had to wait for our room to be finished being cleaned, so we went into our daughter’s room on the 4th floor to wait. The rooms on the 4th floor seemed really nice and looked just like the ones pictured when booking the holiday, so we were feeling quite positive. Unfortunately, when 3 o’clock came, we went to collect our room cards from the 1st floor, opened the door and… WOW! It was like stepping straight back into the 1970s! The room was clean, but it was certainly not what we were expecting after seeing the pictures. We were really disappointed. If I had known what the room would be like, I would definitely have paid to upgrade. There was also a damp smell in the room. You did eventually get used to it while you were inside, but every time you left and came back, the smell was noticeable again. I also didn’t feel the room was serviced particularly well throughout the week. For example, Walking around the room barefoot would leave dirt marks on the bed sheets from the bottoms of our feet, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. There was also building work going on during our stay, which we were not informed about beforehand. There were jackhammers going from around 9am until 1pm daily, which was quite disruptive, especially when you’re supposed to be relaxing on holiday. Now for the positives! The food was amazing and I really couldn’t fault it. There was a great choice and everything we had was really enjoyable. The staff were generally pleasant and friendly. You do get the impression that some members of staff struggle with English, which can make communication a little difficult, but there were definitely a few who went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The entertainment was good and I really don’t want to knock the entertainers because they did their jobs very well. Personally, though, I found it was quite similar every night — mainly singing and dancing with slightly different acts. I think a bigger mix of entertainment would make the evenings more enjoyable. The pools were good. I mainly used the rooftop pool and the indoor pool. The ground-floor pool seemed more suited to the kids, although it is also a saltwater pool, which I’m personally not a big fan of. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here and I would return, but I would definitely make sure beforehand that I don’t get one of the old-fashioned rooms again. The difference between the rooms shown in the booking pictures and the room we were given was huge. Unfortunately, the room and the building work are the main reasons for my 3-star review. With a better room, I think this could easily have been a much better holiday experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights with the all-inclusive package, and we had a great time! We were lucky enough to get a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The room was spacious, and we loved the large balcony and bathroom. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, and I have to mention the shower—the water pressure was amazing! The food was good, with a nice variety of options. If you’re planning to eat at the specialty restaurants, make sure to reserve a table early since they can get fully booked. The nightly shows were fun and entertaining, and there was always something to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation. We would happily come back!
