A bit dated but great facilities. Cleanliness of the room and the cleaning ladies were great. The variety and quality of food was amazing. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar staff have a lot to learn when it comes to hospitality and treating ladies with respect. For example, serving men when ladies are clearly next, clearing your plate when you haven't finished your dinner, wanting to charge for drinks when they were free 10 mins earlier. Also clearing drinks that have just been paid for and laughing when asking what happened to the drinks. Some bars will give you drinks for free, some want to charge. Not exactly all inclusive when advertising says it is.

The hotel is amazing for families. The rooms were outdated, but the Aircon was amazing like it would freeze the room. The food was very basic as they do not have pork in the hotel however that is not the hotel‘s fault. There was a bug going around my hotel and we did get sick however all the staff were wearing gloves. The pool got closed so many times because parents did not know how to control their kids. Water bottles are around my hotel no matter what but almost everything is extra on the island. They have a Starbucks which is really cool. The entertainment at the island was really fun. However they used way too much AI on the posters I would like to try another one of our hotels nearby as right next door there’s another one but it looks much more modern. However our drinks did get spiked by a member of staff when we confronted them they got very angry to make sure Someone sits at your table or see everyone gets a food. The restaurant was a joke not because of the food being planned even though it was it was way too small for the hotel accused were there every night so if I own a hotel I would open up the food court on the island and have half of it as a restaurant room nighttime August 2026

Originally visited this hotel 10 years ago, returning the following year, then returned this summer. The place is great for children. My grandchildren spent all day on the slides and never got bored. The food in the main restaurant let it down slightly. I like to try new things when I go to different countries and I struggled to find something I liked most nights. The rooms where nice and clean, but the beds were hard and the maid left us without towels one day and toilet roll another. The island was much busier than previous years, but this was expected as a few new hotels have been added. We struggled to find sunbeds, but we were late getting to the island (around 11am), but the staff gathered 6 sunbeds and a parasol for our group and placed them near the pool which I thought was great. The only reasons I have this 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the food in the main restaurant, the maid not fully cleaning the room and the new addition of items you now need to pay for. This makes it more expensive when travelling with children. I've never experienced a hotel where I've had to pay for so many drinks while being all inclusive.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years and every time we have had a great experience, the food restaurant is very good and has lots of options the staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a waiter called YUNUS and he was amazing, he couldn’t have done more for us! . The staff all round are very friendly, The room was always clean, and up to standard with no issues at all, Couldn’t fault this hotel at all they are all amazing! This hotel is so clean there always people around everyday cleaning and making sure it’s at the standard. The island is really good for all the eftalia hotels to use that has food restaurants, entertainment, waterpark etc. There is also a restaurant across the road called Blue Shark where we would go for a drink or food sometimes that i would also recommend the food is really good and all the staff are great! There is a lot around to walk too shops, food restaurants, the beach is nearby to enjoy!

Not fully all inclusive. Food was OK but repetitive. Alcohol drinks not very good, some of the local spirits tasted weird. No cocktails included and staff are always coming round asking for you to buy the cocktails and milk shakes. Bingo was on as entertainment one night, but you had to pay €18 euro for a strip of bingo cards. The island is nice,and the waterpark good but yet again you had to pay for nearly everything there. The food is a little bit better at the food court on the island. And the beach down there is not very nice brown sand and dirty water. Wouldn't go back.
