AC in room did not work but everything else in the hotel was amazing. This one waiter in the hotel left an amazing reputation for palm world resort with his amazing hospitality skills and friendliness. He deserves to manage this hotel one day. We need more people like him! HE NEEDS A PROMOTION! wish him the best in the future

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable, the food and service from Husiyen, Murat, Mehmet and other staff members was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. Great value for money right near the beach in Side.

Considering the price, this hotel truly deserves five stars. While there are a few minor inconveniences, they are nothing unusual and can be found in most hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean, with exceptional housekeeping that pays attention to the smallest details. The food is varied and delicious across all meals. Customer relations manager Daria is always ready to step in and solve any issue promptly. The pool is large, safe, and enjoyable, with different shows and activities every day. The hotel owners are always present, friendly, and down-to-earth, which makes you feel right at home. The hotel is also close to many shopping areas, and there’s a private shuttle that takes you to the hotel’s private beach, which is only a 3-minute ride away.

The hotel is not 5 stars. Cleaning is not so good because they only clean the basics in the room. The food is delicious, everything is okay and on time, but the plates and cups/glasses are not clean. The bar is also not clean. All the alcohol is not perfect and tastes like water or something similar. The entertainment is good; the shows are nice. Customer service speaks Turkish, Dutch, or Russian, but not English very well. The internet/Wi-Fi is so bad. The pool is clean, but not big enough. The beach is good too, but transport between the hotel and beach is not good because only one golf cart with seven seats is working, and people wait a long time.
