There is some dishonesty and exaggeration in some of these reviews. The pool is good. Drinks are fine and always available and if you want a big glass, ask for it. Our rooms were clean and the entertainment staff are engaging and fun as are most of the bar staff. Will say however, that the beach area is grim. Loungers are filthy, path from the hotel to the beach is dirty and littered with rubbish and bottles. Food is ok down there too. There is a nice chap making pizzas, which are nice and there was breaded chicken and chips and some stuff to make burgers which were generally cold and with questionable hygiene. It is easy to get a drink down there tho. Food in the restaurant is not good though. Same rehash of things day in day out. No daily staples to keep kids happy, such as pizza, nuggets and even chips. Tonight they even ruined the boiled rice with bits of rehashed shredded chicken? Why would you do that? Food is not labeled properly. A vegetarian in our group, gets by on bread and hummus because even he vegetable meals tend to have a bit of meat surprise lurking. Fruit options are not available at breakfast which is bizarre and larger groups, probably Russian tend to collect large amounts of food and fruit to hold on their tables which get binned when they don’t eat it, but it means that fruits like peaches are gone, as are entire loaves of bread. I would say a lot of this and the entertainment is geared to our Russian friends which is up to the hotel, but I’d neither return nor recommend because they are clearly cashing in on the Russian demand. Up to them. Konakli itself, is not Alanya. It is not pleasant and clean and there is not much to see. Make sure to research trips out of complex if you choose to stay here but I’d probably look to stay back up the Antalya coast or down the coast toward Alanya. Overall, a fairly sizeable thumbs down from me 👎

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row, and I absolutely love it here! ❤️ Everything has been great, and I already know I’ll definitely be coming back again next year. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms are cleaned every day and everything is always nice and tidy. I really have nothing negative to say about the staff — everyone is doing a great job and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. A special thank you this year goes to our animator, Elsa! 🌸 She is such a lovely, positive, and attentive person. She spends a lot of time with the guests, is always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. You can really see that she enjoys what she does and puts her heart into her work, which makes the atmosphere even better! Thank you to the whole team for another amazing holiday! 🥰 I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel I would give it 2 starts honestly. First impressions were not great at all . I was taken to my room and did not even step inside . The bed was almost on the floor the pictures that they have posted are not a reflection of the actual property . The hotel is too packed to the point where you can not have your own sun bed and the pool is over full . Now the food honestly the worst I’ve had it looked terrible and hygiene is not great at all. Especially with making the drinks staff would pick up ice with their bare hands whilst , wiping sweat off there face understandably . The staff only clean the room 2 times a week which , I think is ridiculous. Not impressed what so ever . I would not recommend and DEFINITELY won’t be back . The only thing I will say the service of the staff is okay they did change are room due to the beds being in unsleeping condition and the bartenders are nice . This is definitely not the staffs fault for the experience I’ve had definitely the owners outdated hotel , no structure to ensure cleanliness.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days with my wife and two children. We are very pleased by the rooms, cleanliness, food/drinks, service and organized entertainment inside the hotel. The only serious remark is for the rocky beach but that is entirely compensated by the things I mentioned before.

Our Experience at Eftalia Xeno – Family of 4 English 🇹🇷☀️ We wanted to share our experience at Eftalia Xeno, especially as we have also stayed at other Eftalia hotels before. We are a family of four, and for the price we paid, we honestly were not disappointed at all! 🍽️ Food: There is a really good variety of food, with lots cooked fresh to order. Our favourites were the pancakes, omelettes, pizza and kebabs! There was always something available to eat, so we definitely couldn’t complain about the choice. 🏊 Pool & daytime entertainment: The poolside entertainment was incredible! There was daily pool yoga, volleyball, waterslides, foam party’s and so much more. The entertainment team really get everyone involved, whether it’s dancing, games or activities. The lifeguards were always on watch too, which was reassuring. There’s also music playing throughout the day. I’ve read reviews saying that if you’re English you shouldn’t come here because of the music, but honestly, I knew most of the songs and absolutely loved it! 🎶 🍹 Drinks: Cocktails are also included in the all-inclusive drinks, which was a nice bonus! 📍 Location: The location is great. We were approached outside the hotel and booked two tours within walking distance for a really good price. There are also watersports available on the beach, around a 5-minute walk away, and the prices were good. 🛏️ Rooms: The rooms are standard and nothing overly fancy, but they were absolutely perfect for our stay. They were cleaned daily, and we had everything we needed. 🌙 Evening entertainment: We were really impressed with the evening entertainment too. We saw fire shows, singers, dancers, acrobats and what I can only describe as a huge pool rave! It was absolutely insane and so much fun! 😂 The reps also offer nightclub evenings if that’s something you fancy. 💆 Spa: There is a spa on the resort offering Turkish baths and massages at really reasonable prices. 🖌️ Extras: My boys had henna tattoos done on site, which looked amazing. There’s also a shop on the resort, and photography is available daily around the hotel. They bring animals poolside, including parrots, monkeys and lizards, and photos were around £5/8 each. Family photoshoots at sunset are also offered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Eftalia Xeno. We went with realistic expectations considering what we paid, and we genuinely had a fantastic time. There was always something going on, plenty to do, and the entertainment team worked so hard to make sure everyone was having fun. Only Downside for Us 🍓🍹 The only downsides for us were quite minor. We would have happily paid extra for freshly blended cocktails, but unfortunately this wasn’t something they offered. We also love strawberries and chocolate, and this wasn’t something we were able to purchase at the hotel. Having an option for things like chocolate-covered strawberries or fresh fruit desserts would have been a lovely addition. The beach bar was another small disappointment. Ice cream was only served here between around 3–4pm, we made 1 day for this and the drinks available were mainly beer and soft drinks. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of drinks available at the beach, especially cocktails or other alcoholic options. That said, these are only small things and definitely didn’t spoil our holiday or our overall experience. For what we paid, we still felt Eftalia Xeno offered fantastic value and we had a brilliant family holiday! ❤️ We would most definitely come back! ❤️ Thank you, Eftalia Xeno — we loved our stay! 🇹🇷☀️
