Very nice location. It is practically at he beach (50 m away). There is small hotel beach very close to the sea with free sunbeds, so you don't need to rent the sunbeds at the beach. There are multiple pools and it is very nice for children. Food is diverse and delicious.Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice in general, but towels are not changed as frequently as stated, so we needed to remind at the reception. There are no cameras and safety could be improved. Make sure to use the safe locker (but is charged extra) and lock the balconies if you are staying at the ground floor.

Evita Bay is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay close to the beach. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach as well as nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The food offers a good variety and caters to different tastes, although a bit more daily variation would make it even better. Overall, Evita Bay offers excellent value for money and is a great option for couples, families, and groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable vacation.

The wife and I had a 4 night break here and we are already planning on coming back. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the room was ideal. Ours was spotless and cleaned daily. We stayed all inclusive and the food and drink was fantastic. From breakfast, to the snack bar all the way through to evening meal there was a very good standard. Always something on the menu for everyone. The hotel is situated in a very good location. It is right on the beach and a short walk to the main strip. Close enough to get involved in the night life if you want it but far enough away not to hear anything if you want to relax like we did. This hotel is a credit to the management and staff. Hopefully see you all again very soon.

26 guests (14 adults and 12 children aged 5–14) who stayed in 7 different rooms: Major issues * Air conditioning barely cooled the room, smelled of mold, and one remote control didn’t work. * Water leaked under the bathroom sink, the bathroom window was stuck open, there were ants in the room, no wardrobe, and no mirror. * Beach access is very poor. The entrance to the sea becomes over 1.8 m deep within a few meters, is almost impossible without water shoes, and contains rocks and construction debris. You must walk much farther to reach clean sandy seabed. * On the evening of 7 July 2026, the entire hotel lost power for approximately 1.5 hours (around 9:00–10:30 PM). The blackout happened during the evening entertainment, leaving guest rooms, the pool area and entertainment facilities in complete darkness. Hotel facilities * The hotel is clearly understaffed. The Asian staff worked incredibly hard, were polite and spoke good English, while management blamed everything on having 500 guests. * Only bottled water on the first day; afterwards you must buy it or refill bottles from dispensers. No bottled beer or wine despite the All Inclusive package. * Beer is unavailable before 10:00 and cocktails at the lobby bar only after 18:00. After 22:00–22:30 almost everything closes, lights are turned off and even drinking water becomes difficult to find. * Around 100 sunbeds for a hotel of roughly 500 guests meant they were impossible to find. The same happened with tables during breakfast and dinner. * Only six small, worn public toilets served the lobby, restaurant, pool and beach areas. Showers near the beach and pool were old, rusty and insufficient. * The area between the beach bar and the beach looks abandoned and poorly maintained, with wild bushes, dry vegetation, old wooden pallets and construction leftovers instead of a properly landscaped seafront. Food & drinks The food was generally tasty, clean and almost identical every day for an entire week. Breakfast was decent, pool bar snacks were acceptable, gyros was excellent, and the pizza, hot dogs and chicken nuggets were perfectly fine. However, on one afternoon at around 4:00 PM we were served fish fingers that smelled spoiled. I always taste food before giving food to my 7-year-old daughter, and we immediately spat them out. It appeared to be an isolated incident, but it should never happen. Ketchup and mayonnaise were also left in the heat for hours where children usually eat. Rooms & comfort Thin walls and beds on wheels meant we were constantly disturbed by neighbouring families at all hours. Ground-floor balconies offered almost no privacy or shade. Although our rooms were cleaned daily and beds were made, towels were replaced only every two days, leaving us with too few dry towels because some were needed to absorb bathroom leaks. Despite booking in December 2025, one branch of our family (my brother-in-law’s family) was placed in a different building from the rest of our group. The children were very upset about being separated from their cousins, and the family was only moved closer to us after three days. Staff The receptionist solved our issues quickly, the young receptionist, the gyros chef, the beach bar staff and the restaurant cleaning lady all deserve recognition. The lobby bartender, however, was unfriendly and made some of the weakest cocktails we have ever had. Positives The hotel itself is relatively modern and clean. The swimming pool was cleaned daily, coffee was good, lunch and dinner were tasty, and the location directly on the beach has great potential. Nearby shops offer excellent products, fair prices and friendly English-speaking staff. Unfortunately, Evita Bay is a hotel with excellent potential but disappointing management. Most problems could be solved with proper investment, more staff and less cost-cutting. During our previous visits to Zakynthos and Kefalonia we stayed in hotels from 2 to 5 stars and never experienced so many avoidable issues. This hotel didn’t just lose 26 future guests—it lost our recommendations as well.
