The hotel was very pleasant. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and I liked the glass enclosed shower. The beds were comfortable, although they could have had an extra blanket. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was good for what we needed.

The place is fine... staff are friendly, and if you need to be in Lower Manhattan it's well-located. Be warned, though - rooftop gigs at Pier 17 are super loud... even with ear plugs. If you're planning on sleeping after 11 or midnight I'm sure you'll be fine, but if you're a light sleeper then head to a different part of town.

Fantastic and convenient downtown location. Easy to get around. Great free breakfast. Rooms are small and beat up/dated. Several small items were missing from my suitcase after house keeping which is completely unacceptable.

Terrible service and dishonest billing! Avoid this hotel. On my arrival, my room was registered as "Not Ready" in the app until midnight, forcing me into an extreme late check-in and ruining my first day. On check-out, the front desk verbally approved a 1-hour late check-out extension. Relying on their word, I checked out at 5 PM, but they turns around and charged my credit card an extra $140.05 USD without my consent, writing a deceptive note on my folio. The staff completely ignores messages on the Marriott app, and management refuses to take accountability for the promises made by their own team. Sub-par service and predatory billing practices. Absolute disgrace to the brand.

Extremely disappointed by the unorganized and deceitful staff of this location. We had left something in the lobby when we checked out and called within 10 minutes to let the front desk know. The front desk confirmed that they had the item, made a note in the system, and would keep it safe in the back for us to collect when my husband returned the following week for a work conference. When he came to collect the item (providing the appropriate identification, room number, item description, etc.), they said it was not there and did not even have a record of it in the system. We even called several times shortly after to follow up and got no where. Not even so much as an apology or explanation as to what could have happened. Again, given the short turnaround time and confirmation that this item was safely in the hands of the staff, not sure what else we are to conclude other than the staff member lied to us about following protocol and stole our property. I will gladly remove this negative review if this situation is properly addressed, however we are yet to reach a resolution. Management if you are reading this, we are extremely dissatisfied with whoever was on front desk staff the afternoon of May 10th, 2026 at 2pm and how they handled this situation.
