The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They really made you feel well taken care of. The included breakfast was very good and plenty, stocking up continuously during the morning rush. Coffee and water were available 24/7. The room was on the smallish side and could use a renovation soon, but it was clean and worked very well for me and my wife. Located near the beautiful area of Seaport, away from the city noise but close to transportation to any part of NYC. I would book here again on a future travel. Recommended!

If you know are booking in nyc you should understand your rooms will be small. That being said the floor plan here was pretty sizeable for 2 people. The room was very clean, the beds were clean and fresh with some hbo on the tv and the shower was nice and hot after a long day of walking. Location to multiple subway stops within a 3-10 minute walk and also the ferry. The check in process was easy and the hotel even gave us a gift bag during check in.

READ PLEASE!!! I’m a regular Holiday Inn customer, but this checkout experience was unacceptable and terrible. I was on the 18th floor with really heavy luggage around 10 AM, during a busy checkout/breakfast time, and both elevators were being used by employees/housekeeping. I couldn’t get an elevator and had to carry my really heavy luggage down the stairs from the 18th floor to the basement, then back up one floor to reception. Guests should never be put in that situation. If staff need an elevator, one should still be kept available for guests. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Probably won’t be back.

Pretty good continental breakfast. The staff upfront was helpful and offered snacks water and coffee. Easy to communicate with to get the things we needed. Also in a good location of town with multiple transit stations nearby.

The room wasn’t amazing, it’s gonna be narrow, this is manhattan. The location is fantastic, close to all of lower manhattan. Front desk staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast looked beautiful (few kosher options, but coffee and a banana was fine for me). If you need a local hotel, the price is right. It is BUSY, so expect the elevator to the full in the morning going down. We took the stairs from 8th floor because it wasn’t worth waiting.
