Idk why this hotel is rated so low, I was beyond happy with my experience here. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. I love that I got free chips/cookie/water at check in. The room was surprisingly large for NYC! I’ve stayed in “nicer” hotels in manhattan where the rooms were half this size. And the location cannot be beat, easy 15 min subway from Penn Station and in a neighborhood with a lot of great bars and restaurants. Super convenient to Pier 17 for concerts. The only downside is sound proofing, I did find noise both outside and inside from the hall to be challenging, so earplugs might be handy. But even so would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is small, simple, and practical. Don't expect fireworks or over-the-top luxury. Think of it as a well-placed base camp in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District: compact, reliable, and exactly where you need it to be after a long day exploring the city. What truly transformed my stay, though, were the people: Kenji, Ariel, and Ahmed weren't just hotel staff, they were the human heartbeat of the place. Like lighthouses in the middle of New York's constant motion, they were always there with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and a willingness to help. They remembered faces, cared about guests, and turned what could have been just another hotel into something that felt surprisingly like home. Muchas gracias. If you're looking for a practical place in Lower Manhattan with a team that reminds you that hospitality is about people, not square footage, this is an easy recommendation.

Lovely hotel. We (my daughter and I) were welcomed by a super friendly receptionist—I think his name was Malik. He was helpful and offered several good tips on what to do and what to watch out for. The rooms aren't large, but they were cleaned daily, and used towels were replaced. There was also a fridge, microwave, and hairdryer. Breakfast was continental, and there was plenty of it. We used the hotel's scheduled shuttle service to get to the airport. I would happily stay at this hotel again. The location is superb—close to the subway, with several shops nearby, and within walking distance of Chinatown. We have absolutely no regrets about choosing this hotel.

My family stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall, I really liked the hotel, but there were some things that could have been improved, and sadly that impacts my rating. The Positives: - The hotel's location is right in the middle of the financial district, and you can basically walk to anything you may want to do or need. - Some of the staff members were extremely helpful. When we first arrived, it was well before check-in, so the front desk rep put our bags in a locked room and held them for us so that we could explore the city, and another front desk rep worked really hard to assist us in extending our stay by one day as seamlessly as possible. - Our actual room was fairly clean. The Negatives: - The rooms are very basic and small. No smart TV, no bells and whistles. - The toilet in our room clogged, and my husband had to be the one to fix it. By the time they came to check it, he had already fixed it. - We had to ask for towels around 6 times over an entire day before we were able to get any. - While the free breakfast looked good, when I went in to get it, there were about 4 buckets lined up down the aisle we would walk to get our food. There were water leaks all over the place near the food and line for food, and I kept getting hit. I eventually just left. - The shower head and water temperature were nice, except the water did NOT want to drain from the tub. Overall, the hotel was nice, but small adjustments would make the experience much better for future clients.

This hotel is perfectly located, clean, and very comfortable. Most importantly, the service is outstanding. I had the pleasure of being welcomed by both Ahmed and Nickesia, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely continue choosing this hotel for my upcoming trips.
