Wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. We'd like to highlight the bartender, Gawaskara, a wonderful and welcoming guy!!!! The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the grounds are well-kept. We had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the resort and overall were truly impressed by the level of service offered. Although there was a small hiccup with the initially allocated room, the team handled it efficiently and quickly rebounded by providing us with a better and much cleaner room, which we really appreciated. The service throughout our stay was awesome. A special mention to Gufran from the concierge team, who was a real help in guiding us and assisting with transport options. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting this resort to ask for his support. Kiran from the restaurant team also stood out—he was thoughtful in recommending dishes, energetic in his role, and made dining a delightful experience. His team members were equally approachable and even remembered our food preferences during the stay, which added a very personal touch. We would also like to give a special mention to Ahmed and Aromal from the housekeeping team, who maintained the room to a very high standard and were instrumental in ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. Overall, we were really impressed by the hospitality and service. Just a couple of small suggestions from our end: It would be great if the furniture and balcony are cleaned prior to guest arrival, as the initially allocated room was really dusty. Providing more frequent shuttle services to the city centre would be very beneficial for guests. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again.Thank you for a memorable experience.

We stayed at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort for two nights, with check-in on 24th May and check-out on 26th May, under the all-inclusive package. It was truly a wonderful experience right from the booking stage until check-out. During the booking process, Khin Myo coordinated with us exceptionally well, patiently explaining the available options and ensuring a smooth and seamless booking experience. From the moment we arrived at the resort, the hospitality we received was exemplary and made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed. Although I may not remember all the names, every staff member we interacted with was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive. A special mention to Ayesha at the check-in desk, who handled the process very professionally with a warm smile and kept us updated regarding the room readiness. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the serene blue sea, which made the stay even more relaxing and memorable. At Canvas, where most of our meals were served, the staff were always helpful, welcoming, and served everyone with a smile. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, our stay at Fairmont Fujairah was a truly memorable and peaceful holiday experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The service by the staff was one of the best experiences at any Fairmont hotels I’ve stayed in. Particularly, Abhishek, in the Lava Lounge was remarkable. He addressed my wife and me by name, he was amazingly attentive to serving us, took time to personalize our visit through conversations and performed with a spirit of excellence. Many others on staff were nothing short of wonderful. Housekeeping Team were always ready to help. We definitely plan to return to this wonderful location and property.
