Very peaceful and relaxing location. Lovely public spaces, but the level of service from the staff was the. most impressive part of our stay. Kiran, Chantelle, Lani and Muhammed all contributing to a most memorable stay. Service was attentive and professional, and we were made to feel like special guests and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, and those we have not mentioned. Lovely room and comfortable bed and linen.

Had a pleasant stay at Fairmont Fujairah. We had a great time. However, we were a bit skeptical about food as we saw limited options inside and around the hotel. But one of the staff members named Kiran understood our situation and helped us overcome our special dietary requirements which we never saw it coming. It made our stay more special and we felt more welcomed. The rooms are spacious and the views are great. The pool is options are very good and no overcrowding at all. The location is just perfect as you face the sea on one side and mountains on the other side. The valet was very quick to get the car less than 5mins. Hotel staff was very responsive to take our requests quickly. No waiting time to checkin or checkout. Everything was smooth and quick. Highly recommend. May stay again.

We stayed at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort for 2 nights and had a truly lovely experience. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway away from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with stunning views that made waking up a joy. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really elevated our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well managed. The beach and pool areas are well maintained and relaxing, and it’s a great spot for families as well as couples looking to unwind. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was calm and luxurious without feeling overwhelming. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing break. Looking forward to visiting again!

Extremely unprofessional service. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would have done so without hesitation. This establishment does not deserve even a single star. What the hotel staff did during my stay was completely unacceptable and highly inappropriate, especially for a property that claims to be a 5-star hotel. During an important work conference, I was repeatedly called by hotel staff non-stop. As I was in the middle of professional commitments, I messaged them asking the reason for the urgency. Instead of explaining, they kept insisting that I immediately come to the reception, fully aware that I was attending a corporate conference and could not leave. The real reason for their persistent disturbance was even more shocking — they were trying to pressure me into removing a negative review I had posted. The situation escalated to a level that was deeply humiliating and disrespectful. While I was having lunch and discussing work matters with my team and colleagues at the hotel restaurant, hotel staff actually called out my name publicly and pulled me aside in front of everyone. They then attempted to force me to delete my review. At one point, they even attempted to take my phone to ensure the review was removed from their side. This behaviour was completely unacceptable, invasive, and extremely embarrassing. I was left in a position where I had to explain to my colleagues why I was being singled out, as though I had done something wrong, which was incredibly unprofessional and distressing. For context, my initial review was posted because I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights as part of a company sales conference. On the final day, our conference was scheduled to end approximately one hour after the standard checkout time. I politely requested a checkout extension. While several of my colleagues were granted extensions, mine was declined without reasonable explanation. I expressed my disappointment through a review, which I believe is my legitimate right as a customer. Attempting to intimidate or pressure guests into removing honest feedback is completely unethical and contradicts any standard of hospitality. Instead of addressing feedback professionally, the staff chose to harass and publicly embarrass a guest. This was easily one of the most disappointing and unprofessional hospitality experiences I have ever encountered.
