What an incredible experience! This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff pays attention to every little detail. They genuinely don't want you to worry about anything—they simply want you to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay. Their professionalism, constant smiles, excellent hygiene standards, and outstanding hospitality deserve special recognition. The hotel's location is exceptional, with breathtaking views that allow you to escape the noise and stress of everyday life. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which offered a fantastic variety and high quality. Everything about our stay was wonderful. If I could suggest a few improvements, it would be to organize more evening activities for guests. Also, the kids' play area and children's swimming pool could benefit from having more play equipment, and the kids' play area should remain open for longer in the evening so children can enjoy it after sunset. Other than these small suggestions, everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever visited, and I look forward to coming back again.

I especially want to mention Ahmed Hasaballah, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, attending to every little detail. I also want to mention Bashir, who was friendly, cooperative, and helpful. And I mustn't forget the wonderful Osama, with his positive and cheerful spirit, who had a significant impact on the trip, especially on the children. He organized activities in the pool, played with them, and created a fun and positive atmosphere that encouraged us to stay longer at the hotel. The services were all excellent, clean, and enjoyable, from the rooms and pools to the spa, the clean restaurants, and the delicious food. We will definitely return. Our stay at Fairmont was wonderful overall. First of all, the rooms were spotless every single day. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team—they did an amazing job and kept everything perfectly clean throughout our stay. We did have one unpleasant experience with two waiters at the restaurant who were quite rude. However, we really appreciated how quickly the reception team handled the situation. Thank you! The food selection could also be a bit wider, although everything we tried was tasty, just 2-3 main dishes same every day. A special shoutout to Ahmed from the kitchen, his pasta was absolutely the best!!😍 The best part of our stay was definitely the trio by the poolside. A huge thank you to Isuru and Hiran from the poolside bar for being so friendly, welcoming, and making every day more enjoyable. They deserve the world! 💙 We’d also like to thank Oussama for bringing great energy and making the activities so much fun, enjoyed every bit of it! 😍 Overall, we had a great holiday and would happily come back!

I stayed in the Presidential Suite and had an amazing experience. The suite was beautiful, the view was absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere was very elegant. I want to sincerely commend Mr. Ahmed Hasaballa and for his outstanding service during my stay. Both managers are incredibly polite, attentive and professional at all times. Whenever I had questions about hotel facilities, dining services, recreational activities or special requests for cooking my fresh catch of fish, they responded patiently and helped solve all my concerns efficiently. They always go the extra mile to anticipate guests’ needs, give practical local tips and coordinate with kitchen and recreation teams to meet personalized requirements. Their warm, genuine hospitality made my whole experience comfortable and stress-free. It’s rare to meet such thoughtful, reliable hotel staff, and they truly set a great example of high-quality guest service.
