I spent 4 fantastic days with my dogs in this hotel. The service and kindness of staff was outstanding. The place is a real jewel. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming without being overbearing. I was truly sad when I had to leave and would love to see more places with such a flexible pet policy. The beach is fantastic, swimming pools are huge and well maintained, it was a pure joy staying there.

I especially want to mention Benjamin, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. We had such a great experience thanks to Dayana at the reception! She was so helpful and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. You could tell she really pays attention to guests’ needs and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone so kind and attentive — she truly made our visit so special. Peggy was an absolute delight from the moment we walked in. She greeted us with such a warm welcome and the brightest smile, it instantly made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Throughout our visit, she was attentive and she handled everything with genuine kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who clearly loves what they do, and Peggy absolutely shines at it. Her positive energy truly elevated our entire experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. Came to Fujairah for some fun with my pet and was honestly shocked to find out the Radisson Blu allows pets. I have a huge dog, so I was pretty skeptical about what their "pet-friendly" policy really meant. Next thing I knew, I was walking with him right through the lobby, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. It’s just a lovely place. We checked out the dog park, which is a bit small, but honestly, the walk to get there was so refreshing it felt like a park in itself. My dog was so happy. The best part is that the beach is pet-friendly too! The whole beachfront is beautiful, and I'm already looking forward to maybe staying here for a few nights. They even had an outdoor bar area where our pet was allowed to sit right with us. It served the same nice comfort food as the restaurant inside. The only "issue" is that if you want to eat with your pet, it has to be outdoors, but since it's winter now, it was perfect and totally worth it. I seriously recommend the Radisson, both as a great hotel and as a genuinely pet-friendly place to visit.
