  • International buffet lunch at the Al Majlis Restaurant (1pm to 3pm)
  • International buffet dinner at the Al Majlis Restaurant (6.30pm to 10pm)
  • Snacks at the La Cucina Pool Restaurant (5pm to 5.30pm)
  • Soft ice cream for children below 12 years old served at the pool bar from 11am until sunset
  • Drinks from the all-inclusive menu, served by the glass, including tea, coffee, still water, soda water, selected soft drinks, canned juices, house beer, house wine, house spirits, a selection of cocktails, a selection of mocktails and a selection of long drinks (10.30am to 12pm)
  • 50% discount on food and beverages not included in the package in all operating outlets (discounts do not apply on special offers or other discounted items)
  • Access to the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room
  • All animation activities according to the daily programme

Beautiful venue with a stunning beach, a nice swimming pool, friendly staff, and genuinely excellent service throughout our stay. The property itself is well maintained and makes for a very relaxing getaway. The only major downside was the music by the pool. The playlist was honestly awful and completely out of place for a hotel of this standard. It felt like a random collection of outdated tracks you’d expect to hear at a three-star resort in Egypt 20 years ago. A more modern, relaxed, and carefully curated playlist would make a huge difference to the overall atmosphere.

I really don't know where to start, as I had never been to this resort before. However, my journey began with the reservation team, where I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Shaher. He was patient, provided me with all the information I needed, and went the extra mile by continuously coordinating with his team to accommodate my requests. Thanks to his efforts, my booking was confirmed smoothly. The second part of my journey started when I received a call from Mr. Abdullah from the Customer Service team. He was equally helpful and accommodated all my requests, including my special check-in arrangements. He spoke with great kindness and respect, making me feel genuinely welcome even before arriving at the hotel. The third part of my journey began when I arrived at the hotel, and that was the biggest surprise. I was upgraded to a beautiful Family Suite with a full sea view, and the check-in process took less than five minutes. The stay itself was wonderful, and every member of the staff was welcoming and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Abdullah in person and personally thanked him for the wonderful birthday surprise, including the lovely birthday cake. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Despite the hotel being fully occupied, the service was extraordinary. As a UAE resident who has stayed in many hotels and resorts, I can confidently say that Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. My husband and I travel A LOT but I have to say I have never experience such incredible hospitality as I did at this hotel. Sunday, the concierge, greeted us with the warmest smile as we arrived to the valet and the entire stay he was the most incredible person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel - not only was he helpful with everything but he was just a genuinely kind and warm person, who clearly loves his job everyday! (Thank you for everything Sunday). The other valet man, Halib, was also so nice - everyday would greet us with a smile and ask how we were. I would 11/10 recommend this hotel for this hospitality alone! They even set the World Cup game up in a large screen just for us to watch. But the location and the hotel grounds are also incredible - it’s beachfront with a nice lounge area by the beach, a huge pool with a bar and food service, a couple of restaurants on the property that were delicious. One Italian, one by the beach w a gorgeous view. The Ping pong table by the pool was also a nice touch. There are also tennis courts, archery, etc. so much to do! There are also some nice restaurants nearby like Eztacosa Seafood was simple but delicious. The rooms were super comfortable, very comfortable beds!! I highly recommend this hotel if you want a weekend getaway at the beach! (We came from Dubai)

Our first visit but definitely will not be our last, fantastic location with picturesque views. Some of the friendliest and accommodating staff and management I have come across not only in the UAE but worldwide. Definitely a hidden gem. Our stay at Hotel Miramar was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The moment we arrived, Sunday welcomed us with the warmest, brightest smile that instantly made us feel at home. Special appreciation goes to Abdelrahman, the animation manager, who truly made our holiday unforgettable—bringing incredible energy to the pool during the day and hosting fantastic evening shows.
