Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the staff were toward families. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable, and organized, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service amenities station. Being able to conveniently pick up the toiletries and supplies we needed at any time was both practical and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their positive attitude added to the overall comfort of our experience. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent. Chinatown MRT station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in the city. This unbeatable location saved us a lot of time and made getting around with two children much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other families.

We booked the executive club room with lounge access. Room was everything we needed, clean, quiet and comfortable. Lounge access included all day refreshments and unlimited alcohol between 6 and 8. Ivy was on duty every night and was fantastic. Very friendly and she made sure we where well looked after. Would definitely stay again

The room assigned to me is asuperior room located on the 4th floor. The building looks a bit old as well as the corridor to the rooms but room irself is spacious. However, I saw a hair strand on the fridge so I hesitated to use it during my stay. Room cleaning is done daily, no separate shampoo/conditioner provided but a bodywash/shampoo in one. Good breakfast selection and the hotel allows early check-in.

Jane is really accomodating, friendly and help us during our dine in process since its our first dinning there. All staffs were nice.. keep it up! Service is excellent. We are looking forward to come back soon 😍

I am so surprised that the reviews for this awesome family-friendly hotel isn’t a perfect 5 in every way. I arrived in Singapore after a luxury cruise of Asia and was prepared to lower my expectations of the service and accommodations. While it isn’t a luxury hotel, the service I received was no less fantastic as the cruise I had just left. I had 3 rooms for 2 weeks and just checked out of Furama City Centre. My family and i Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean & cozy and the location to MRTs Chinatown & Clarke quay were amazing. Walked to Chinatown for late eats at Maxwell hawker centre. (Make sure to have cash/alternatives as the area isn’t as easy for meals / shopping with credit cards). I also had their Club rooms with amazing breakfast and happy-hour (not just munchies either- yummy wings 😍 and kueh). Many thanks for late checkout at 3pm.
