I had a wonderful stay at Furama City Centre and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The hotel is in an excellent location — convenient, central, and close to many attractions and dining options, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities met all my expectations. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to Francis and Yvette for their outstanding hospitality. Their attentiveness, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more memorable. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely caring, which reflects the high standard of service at this hotel. I would definitely recommend Furama City Centre to anyone visiting Singapore and would gladly stay here again in the future.

We just spent 8 nights at the Furama City Centre hotel and though i do not usually give reviews, I feel that it would be remiss of me not to provide a very positive review for this hotel. As a starting point, the location is just the BEST...sheltered walkways to shopping mall and MRT station..it rained everyday and we had no issue moving about because of the connectivity with the sheltered walkway...genius:) HUGE shout out to Zacus Chua (concierge) and Pauline (unsure of her name, she was the front desk who checked us into the hotel). The staff at this hotel is amazing, super helpful, always going the extra mile..being in the hospitality industry myself, I would give them 10 stars if that was available. So impressed with their warm, caring, helpful, can-do attitude. No task is too hard, impressive. Yes, the hotel is dated, rooms and bathroom are dated, but,beds are very comfortable, spacious enough. Even though the room cleaning happens only every 3 days, the hotel provides all the amenities at the lift lobby where guests can collect fresh towels and amenities anytime. I have ZERO issue with the 3 day cleaning service. And on the subject of the cleaning, I did not get the name of the lady that does the cleaning on our floor (17floor) but she does an IMPECCABLE job of cleaning, not a speck of dirt left on the carpet or sink after she's been through. Honestly, she has got to be the most thorough and hardworking housekeeping staff that i have ever met in my whole life of travelling (and being senior citizens, that's alot of travelling) One thing i can say is, I would recommend without hesitation, this is the hotel I would return to on all my annual trips to Singapore, pity we didn't find this hotel any earlier. Hoestly, all the Hyatts and Hiltons cannot compare to this hotel...though it is not rated a 5 star hotel, I would rate it a 8 star hotel (if there was such a classification) for comfort, location, staff can do attitude... I do hope the management of the Furama City Centre hotel will give the mentioned staff a bonus for the great work they did to form such a memorable stay for us.

What a gem in the centre of Singapore. Booked an Executive Club room for a week. The room (2008) has been renovated and was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and you were spoiled for choice. A shout out to Alice in the dining room for organising my Gluten Free Bread each morning. Drinks and light food was available in the Executive Lounge each evening between 6pm and 8pm, spirits, wine, beer and soft drink’s included. The staff in the lounge were so much fun and made every guest feel special, Ralph, Ray and Ivy were all so lovely and kept the drinks flowing. Location is amazing 10min walk to China Town and 10 min walk to Clarke Quay, the MRT was a 5min walk on the Downtown Line, MRT is the only way to get around. The pool on level 6 is very nice once you find it and the Gym looked well equipped. There is a self serve laundry on level 6 as well, a bit pricey but convenient. I would definitely recommend and would stay again when next in Singapore.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the staff were toward families. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable, and organized, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service amenities station. Being able to conveniently pick up the toiletries and supplies we needed at any time was both practical and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their positive attitude added to the overall comfort of our experience. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent. Chinatown MRT station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in the city. This unbeatable location saved us a lot of time and made getting around with two children much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other families.

I recently stayed at Furama City Centre at Singapore in the executive suite in Feb 2026. They had a very simple and easy and efficient check in and check out process. The rooms are clean and tidy with heaps of storage for your stay. Conveniently located in China Town with a shopping centre across the road. The breakfast is probably THE BEST buffet breakfast I have EVER experienced in all my travels throughout my life. If you stay in the executive suite you get complimentary access to the club lounge which gives you free cool drinks in the day and snacks. From 6pm-8pm you get complimentary free local beer, house wine, spirits and canapes....can you believe it?! I would love to mention a few people (in no particular order) who work there. These people made my holiday extra special by helping me with various things and just being friendly and happy. Ivy, Reva, Ralph, Ray, Lai, Yun, Ali G and Alice 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I will most definitely return and I highly recommend!
