Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the staff were toward families. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable, and organized, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service amenities station. Being able to conveniently pick up the toiletries and supplies we needed at any time was both practical and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their positive attitude added to the overall comfort of our experience. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent. Chinatown MRT station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in the city. This unbeatable location saved us a lot of time and made getting around with two children much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other families.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the view from our room was beautiful. As I was getting married the next day, the hotel prepared a handwritten card and a chocolate cake for us. It was such a sweet gesture that really warmed my heart. The location is also very convenient. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms on the 9th floor, and it was fantastic—modern, fresh, and very clean. The location in Chinatown is unbeatable, with two MRT stations just a short walk away. But the absolute highlight was the spectacular view from our window: we watched the stunning sunrise every morning over the iconic PARKROYAL hotel and the Singapore Flyer. The staff was incredibly polite, the bed was very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of options. A perfect base for exploring Singapore! 5/5 stars.

Amazing location and Hotel for our first stay in Singapore - so central to everything for walking and so many transport options close by. Our Executive Room package was excellent value - great rooms with a view, included breakfast (with so many yummy options) and drinks at the executive lounge each night to end our days exploring the city. Special mention to Ray at the executive lounge for being so attentive and friendly, serving us icy cold beverages each night of our stay - the perfect way to end each day. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you! We will be back

Stayed at Furama City Centre on 28 to 29 may 2026. Chose an executive room and it comes with breakfast and evening drinks and some snacks and morning buffet breakfast. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr Ray who manned the evening lounge. Took our drinks request fast and was very attentive. We truly appreciate service staff who are helpful to elderly. Will likely be back for another staycation soon! Highly recommend travellors consider the executive offer compared to the deluxe rooms.
