Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The check-in process was a little lengthy and could be better signposted to make arrivals smoother. The Guest Services team was very helpful. I would especially like to recognise Katrina, who went above and beyond to assist us with organising our restaurant reservations. She kept us informed throughout, communicated well, and genuinely tried her best to help. Thank you, Katrina. I would also like to thank Hatziagorou Christina, the Rooms Division Manager, who helped address our concerns and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Marina at Reception and Marta from Guest Services also listened patiently to our concerns and did what they could to assist, even though some matters were beyond their control. Their professionalism and empathy were appreciated. One area for improvement would be management’s response to guest feedback. I believe Andres (if I have the name correct) could benefit from listening more carefully to guests when they are raising concerns, as feeling heard is an important part of the overall guest experience. Overall, despite a few issues, we had a good experience, and we appreciate the efforts of the staff members who worked hard to make our stay more enjoyable.

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our stay was truly wonderful, and it is clear that everyone at the hotel works hard to make guests feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everywhere we looked, there was attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and inviting. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food every day. We always looked forward to meal times and were impressed by both the quality and presentation of the dishes. What made the biggest difference, however, was the people. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you to Andreas, the manager, who was exceptional throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests were evident every day. He always made time to speak with guests and ensured everything was running smoothly, making us feel truly valued. We would also like to thank Elena and Katerina from Guest Relations for their warm and attentive service, Monica at the bar for always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service, and the fantastic animation team for creating such a fun and positive atmosphere throughout our holiday. Special thanks to Dimitri, whose energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made every activity even more enjoyable. It is not often that you leave a hotel already thinking about when you can come back, but that is exactly how we felt. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such wonderful memories. We hope to return again soon.

For what we paid we found it a bit underwhelming.. the room we had was an upgraded sea view which was ok but quite plain. Staff are friendly but after 10 days of staying here we had to Queue for everything, drinks, ice cream, seating for breakfast lunch and dinner, getting food you had to wait and get in line. Three times we got seated and I had to go back and say we wanted to be sat together and not on different tables (7 of us) in the end I got pretty angry with one of the staff and ended up saying “I didn’t come on holiday with my family to sit on different tables” Never got close to a lounger by the pool until 5.30pm or main part of the beach.. I’m not getting up at 8am and reserving loungers.. The food was actually nice and fresh although pretty similar most nights. We only got into 2 of the 4 à la carte Restaurants. This is an all inclusive buffet resort, they don’t want you eating in the Restaurants so tell you they are fully booked when really they aren’t, we sat in the Asian restaurant for 40 minutes before anyone came over to ask us for drinks or actually anything to eat. If you like buffet and you have kids this is a great resort but I don’t feel it’s for couples. The beach is nice, rocky so hard getting in the water but it’s crystal clear and nice. The main pool is nice. Staff are nice but it’s a bit understaffed in my opinion, they need more staff trying to make you happy. I personally wont be coming back but it does have its nice points. I think for the cost there are better resorts but that’s just my/our parties opinion.

We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed Grecotel. It was our first time staying in one of these hotels and we were very impressed with the service, food and overall experience. We booked a superior sea view room and were quite disappointed upon arrival. I believe these rooms are in the older part of the hotel and therefore look very dated, lots of dark brown wood and brown carpet when you get off the elevator which made it look very unaesthetic and a bit dingy. The room we were allocated was on the 4th floor and it was very small, bathroom was tiny and the room was an extremely basic design. We were very deflated as it wasn’t what we were expecting. However, we went down to reception the next morning and were seen by Elissa, who was amazing and so friendly and professional. She understood our concerns and instantly made arrangements for us to move rooms to one of the superior garden bungalows which were much bigger, more modern and a lot more to our taste and what we were initially expecting. We got moved as soon as the room became available and everything from that point on was perfect! We were so happy with the move! We both felt very looked after and we can’t recommend the staff, especially Elissa, and their services enough! The food at Grecotel was the best hotel food we’ve ever eaten. Breakfast buffet was superb and spoilt for choice, lunch at the beach club bar was amazing and dinner the same. Would highly recommend booking the à la carte restaurants as soon as you arrive, you do not want to miss out on these!! Plus it’s NOT food taken from the buffet which a lot of hotels do- the food is totally different and you will leave feeling stuffed!! Highly recommend the shrimp for main course in the Asian restaurant- omg I have not stopped thinking about how delicious this was! All the food in the à la carte was fantastic quality! We both work in catering and hospitality so this compliment should hold a lot of weight!!! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I would just say to anyone who’s booked a room in the main area of the hotel to talk to staff if the room isn’t what you are expecting and they will no doubt sort you out straight away! All the staff are incredible and really contributed to us having an amazing time. They can’t do enough for you and everyone is so chatty and friendly. The manager at the buffet restaurant even took us up personally to talk through all the food and what we could/ couldn’t eat (my partner is dairy free) which we thought was great service and they even provided him an alternative dessert so he didn’t miss out! Thank you to all the staff at Dama Dama for making our holiday so special :)

An absolute joy to stay. Outstanding staff from reception to the cleaners and the caterers, all could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Fridge stocked with soft drinks every day and the bar serving branded beer and spirits. Food was very, very good, in particular the cakes and pastries. I would rate this as among the best I have stayed in, thoroughly enjoyable and I will recommend to all.
