I had a wonderful leisure stay at Hakuna Majiwe Lodge for three nights. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The food was a definite highlight — fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, with a great variety that made every meal enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the lodge was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of Zanzibar. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a calm, enjoyable getaway with excellent service and food. I would happily stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay at Hakuna Majiwe Resort and really enjoyed our time in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt relaxed, welcoming, and easy to settle into. The staff were amazing always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Everyone at Hakuna Majiwe made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and they were always happy to help whenever we had any questions. We truly had an amazing stay, and the food was fantastic. Good location to visit various parts of the island. Safe and quiet. Beach is civered vy debris from pines and there are lors of really shart shells in the sea which make walking hard. There are no restaurants nearby ang kitxhen in the hotel is terrible. How do they manage to make so tasteless food on spice island. Also there is a special greediness in tanzanians which made dealung with them special. I would not puck this hotel again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a very peaceful stay, but the town is nearby, accessible by tuk-tuk. The most beautiful beach in the Paje area is 500 meters away. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. I rekommend it.
