Excellent Breakfast and Outstanding Hospitality at Hilton Salalah Resort! Had a wonderful experience at Hilton Salalah Resort, Oman. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes with something for everyone. The restaurant has a beautiful ambience, a relaxing atmosphere, and a welcoming environment, making it a perfect place to start the day. A special appreciation to Restaurant Manager Anthony for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. His dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly impressive. A heartfelt thank you to Emelda for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, always serving with a genuine smile and making sure we had everything we needed throughout breakfast. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a lovely ambience made our dining experience truly memorable.The crispy Dosa and fresh coconut chutney can give a run to any Udupi restaurants in the region. Julius meinl coffee was just another level. I would highly recommend Hilton Salalah Resort to anyone visiting Salalah, Oman, especially for its fantastic breakfast buffet, exceptional restaurant team, and warm hospitality. The Highlights Breakfast & Culinary Service: Having an exceptional chef on duty during morning service completely elevates the start of the day. A dedicated chef who takes care in live stations, tailored dietary needs, and food quality makes the whole resort experience feel thoughtful and refined. Overall Stay: The tranquil beachfront setting, comfortable rooms, and general resort atmosphere deliver exactly what a 5-star escape in Dhofar should be. The Housekeeping & Privacy Issue Entering an occupied guest room without knocking, announcing themselves, or waiting for a response is a zero-tolerance operational error in luxury hospitality. A guest room should be a private sanctuary, and having staff walk in unannounced severely impacts your sense of comfort and security. Proper housekeeping protocol strictly requires staff to: Check the door status (ensuring the "Do Not Disturb" sign is off). Knock or ring the bell clearly. Announce "Housekeeping" three distinct times. Wait for a response before using a master key to enter slowly while announcing themselves again. I recently stayed at Hilton Salalah Resort and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the outstanding service from the breakfast team and chef on duty. However, I am deeply disappointed by the housekeeping team entering my room without notice or permission. This was a severe breach of basic guest privacy. I strongly urge management to re-train the housekeeping staff on standard entry protocols so future guests do not experience this.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Salalah. Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end. The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, rooms, service, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made our stay comfortable throughout. We especially enjoyed the peaceful environment, beautiful Khareef weather, morning walk, and the overall family-friendly experience. Breakfast was also very nice, with good quality and variety. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly enjoyed our time at Hilton Salalah. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Salalah.

Great customer service. This has clean, maintained and modern facilities with an Arabian twist. Yes you're near the harbour but that adds to the people watching and asthetic. The room service is fast and food is fresh.
