Wonderful hotel. Located close to the beach. Manicured gardens with well maintained pools. Great comfortable sun loungers with leather padding. Very nice, quiet, respectful and well behaved clientele, mostly adults. Nice atmosphere. The entire staff are so friendly helpful and accommodating. Food is very good too. A big endorsement to CECILIA in the restaurant- she made breakfast times for easy for us - always found us a table even in the busy times, and always with a great smile and so very professional.

We have just returned from an excellent week here. Five stars for service (including housekeeping), the daily breakfast and dinner buffets, and the facilities. All top class. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Four and a half stars for the room - spacious, with a very good bathroom/shower, but rather spartan. Also four and a half stars for the location - very nice grounds and easy access to the beach, but the shops and cafes just outside the resort are quite downmarket. Good restaurants and shops at the nearby Lopesan Faro Boulevard are fairly close by, however. We look forward to staying here again.

A lovely hotel very well appointed the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities are top class .I changed room as the first was a bit small with a staircase between bathroom and sleeping area something to note for people that have mobility issues. There was no difficulty in changing room . Breakfast was super . There is no 24 hour room service a limited snack service can be had in room during the day I was surprised about this myself but it’s a minor issue. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with a range of great pools & gardens. Wonderful service & friendly staff at the reception, bars & restaurants. Rooms cleaned & refreshed daily. Food in the Buffet Restaurant improved since last year, with an impressive choice available every night. Just before we left the hotel, they started providing cushion covers for the poolside sun lounges, very welcome. Overall we had a lovely time in a quality hotel,

We have stayed at this hotel for over 18 yrs. We brought our children here when they were younger and have returned again multiple times as a couple. The staff are so friendly and the accommodation is beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and it's situated right on the beach .
