The hotel is beautiful, with lovely gardens, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday while still being close to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just back three days and would return tomorrow! The hotel was so well situated, a path through the garden on to the beach. But also quiet at the same time. If one wants a stroll to the shops or cafes and bars a ten minute walk away. One never heard noise from outside the grounds of the hotel which were spectacular! Staff were very helpful and housekeeping extremely good. The The food was excellent, if you didn't eat meat plenty of alternatives! I can't describe the desserts! Fantastic. A word about breakfast exceptional! Went with husband ,daughter and 10 year old granddaughter! Thankyou Rui Palace Oasis. Will be back.

Lovely well appointed large rooms. The hotel upgraded us to a seaview room for which we were grateful. (We are riu members). Good quality varied buffet food. Liked you could visit the a la cartes, if there was space, as often as you wanted. Preferred the Botanico. Thought the Krystal main meals lacked enough vegetables. Also thought their service was rushed. At an a la carte you should be able to take your time. Hotel very clean. All staff appeared happy and all were very attentive and helpful. Pool attendant at the main pool provided excellant service. Will hopefully return.

This place was amazing! Everything we wanted as a relaxing retreat for adults only. Reception staff amazing on arrival. Luggage guy takes your luggage but also shows you the grounds and points out all the facilities. Extensive gardens all immaculate. Smoking rules great for non-smokers, as there is a designated zone away from pools and eating areas. Plenty of space around all the pools which are available to all guests. Sunbeds all have cushioning. Handy changing rooms next to each pool. Pool/beach towel wxchange service. Minor inconvenience is that there is no exit entrance via the gym or anywhere close to bus station. However, its clear this is a safety decision which ultimately keeps it positive. There is a rule for one of the restaurants that men need to where long trousers. This feels outdated and very sexist in 2026; I also dont take long trousers to destinations with such temperatures. Thankfully the secondary restaurant only has the rule as a suggestion. This should be reviewed by the hotel.

All round very pleased with our visit. Large clean rooms, good sized bathrooms. Pool and facilities were great and the staff were on the whole pleasant and welcoming. Dining despite the selection was ok, general quality of the food on offer was acceptable but a little bland. Less choice and more quality would be better. The only other small gripe I had was that the beds were far too soft. Otherwise, fantastic stay, we will definitely be our first choice when we return to the island.
