Totally loved this hotel. We were here in the first week of Nov 25 and the weather was hot about 25ish over the week with no rain or clouds. The pools are superb, 1 heated 2 not. The poolbar was brilliant, all the free drinks and food was so nice, so much choice for a Coeliac. The beach was about a 2 minute walk from the pools, lovely sectioned off area for the hotel, a few looky looky men but they do not pester you which is lovely and you can take drinks fro he poolbar to the beach with no issues. The rooms are so spacious with the best shower ever and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The restaurant is so well stocked with such a range of local and non local cuisine with an amazing selection of desserts and so much gluten free stuff I was never hungry. Breakfast was my favourite as we had fresh prepared omelettes every morning with cereal and fruit. The staff are the best on the island, and we tipped at the end of the holiday, 100DMs for our staff that we thought worked hard including the cleaning staff. Less than an hour transfer, lots to do, we went on a coach trip and the land train stops right outside every hour or just under. only 1 issue, the flipping wifi, they need a bigger router, other than that, just an amazing place to stay.

The rooms are gorgeous bright and large. The service is second to none. Friendly helpful chatty. The hotel is lovely be sure to visit the pool bar for breakfast and lunch for freshly cooked items and a calmer less manic feel. Main restaurant can be very noisy and loud like a canteen. Food is gorgeous. Plenty of local fresh choice. Stone baked pizza and fresh chips if that's your thing. Alternatively lamb and chicken Moroccan dishes. Lots of vegetable sides . Salads of all kinds, bbq for lunch and mini cakes and puds for all. The spa was lovely and a real treat around £80 each for a 2 hours of r and r Sunbeds .... oh we love an early morning lounger claim as brits...... I do feel the hotel needs to get chucking towels off as last few days it was a bit of pain . The beach area was super and we enjoyed an afternoon there which was literally just across the promenade. A great hotel with super staff. I recommend completely.

We visited the hotel during Easter holidays. The children loved it and we was really lucky with the weather. The beach is right outside the back gate which is perfect and on a hot day the breeze was welcome. The children loved the kids pool but the other pools were too cold and one was very deep. Would probably be great in the heat of the summer as a welcomed cool down. The staff are lovely, the hotel was clean. If you arrive at thr restaurant just before opening we used to like sitting in the outdoor balcony area next to the restaurant. There was plenty of choice and the kids loved the fruit options. The wine was lovely and is in a bottle rather than a machine so it was nice to pour your own, we were all inclusive. Spacious room and the cleaners do a great job. They were very appreciative of our tip. Also tip the bar staff if you can they look after you very well. We went on the little train that runs roughly every hr outside of the hotel, nice ride around near the marina, my children enjoyed it. We got our own private transfer from the airport and was much quicker for the children. We hope to return one day. I have also recommended to friends and two have since booked a holiday here which is great.

I’ve had an amazing holiday here, staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. One in particular called Hassan has been so friendly and will do so much for you, he’s amazing! I found the food all lovely, omg fresh doughnuts every afternoon at the snack bar so heavenly! I’ve never had such a relaxed holiday. The area, the staff and the hotel is amazing!

Really enjoyed our stay here, looks like there are a lot of returnees … can see why … we will return if we come back to Agadir. Our room was spacious, wee bit tired, but that’s what we expected, it was super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food choice and quality was excellent. Quite far out of town. We’re an older couple, but noticed that it seemed to be a very baby and child friendly hotel. Good wheelchair accessibility. It would also be comfortable for a solo break. Security is visible, guards at exit / entry points. Take a refillable water bottle lots of water fillers available). Mini fridge in the room. We bought our own travel kettle. Take Bank of England pounds for exchange in the hotel. The card ATM in the hotel charges £5 for the transaction. The WiFi in the hotel is good. The welcome briefing could have been more informative … eg meal times, pool bar offerings, swimming pool options, activities. There were a lot of activities and seemed varied … but the information on that is really poor. Would have been much much more helpful to have a qr code to see the weeks activities. For example. The Moroccan restaurant (allowed one booking a week) was nice … but it was set courses (and not very different as to what was available in the buffet anyway). Be careful if you have a nut allergy ingredients info not well signposted. Loved the freshly cooked donuts 4-5pm at the pool bar! In terms of room choice, reckon the poolside rooms could be a bit more noisy when entertainment is on. For those that like having a dip, the indoor pool is only available only from 12-2 (it’s about 1.2 meters). The main heated outside pool is all 1.7 meters (pleasant temperature in early December). The unheated pool has various depths. In early December there were easily enough sunbeds for everyone. There were a good number of sunbeds on the beach, but it was a bit windy our week. Sea swimming would probably only be suitable for strong swimmers. There are city taxis (red cars) available outside for going into town. They’ll ask for 50 dirhams. With hard haggling you can potentially get them down to 20 dirhams, but 25 / 30 more likely. On way back you likely need to pay more (you’re in a less strong position to negotiate). We paid 30 dirhams for return. Bargaining in souk … reckon about 50-60% is a low as you’ll get. I had about 45% left in my purse on the price of a handbag and the guy wouldn’t sell it for that. The one thing I didn’t like in the hotel was the young bucks (lads) in entertainment team, I would suggest they need to be managed far more tightly by someone more mature … they behave like they are on their own lads holiday. The other restaurant greeters and dancing crew were lovely, as were the staff in the restaurant … But at the restaurant door the outside entertainment team guys (all young males) were loudly greeting groups of male lads holidaymakers who they’d clearly bonded with. It was short, but rowdy. Of course lads should have fun on their holidays, and staff should be happy at their work but when the demographic of guests is mixed … a lot of older guests and family’s … that rowdiness is not the vibe most want. The restaurant staff were well trained and super polite. Only saw one woman on the outdoor entertainment team … perhaps needs a more even gender mix of staff it would be more representative of the guest profile and its dynamic? I don’t want to see the welcoming team / outside entertainments team at the restaurant behaving like they’re on their own lads holiday. Just didn’t see the value they added either. It’s very off putting for the quiet holiday we (and I suspect most guests) want. It was a minor thing … but a shame when everything else was so well done in comparison.
