The Iberostar Waves is a fantastic hotel. It’s located right on the beach, with a private section reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The hotel caters for all dietary requirements, with plenty of choice at every meal. The hotel, rooms, and grounds were all kept spotlessly clean, and we always felt very safe thanks to the attentive security staff, including the numerous night guards. There was always plenty to do during the day, along with great entertainment every evening. Every single member of staff we encountered was polite, helpful, and incredibly hardworking, but one star shone brighter than the rest – Fifi from the entertainment team. She is a true asset to the hotel. Such a beautiful soul! We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again one day. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

We have just got back from a family holiday with our four year old son at Iberostar and it was a huge success. The hotel is really well-managed and the customer service was off the charts. The staff at the hotel were so warm and professional, and we felt really well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is huge and there is so much to do in terms of pool, entertainment etc that you don't really need to leave. However the local area is really interesting to explore (souk al Had, kasbah, Medina etc) so I definitely recommend getting out and about. The hotel staff can help you organise everything. The beach is right next to the hotel and is absolutely massive. I particularly enjoyed the in-house dance/entertainment team - I was not expecting that! Very talented bunch. They even put on a Bollywood dance show one night which was very charming. The only thing I would say this hotel could improve on is sound proofing. You can hear more noise in the hotel rooms from the corridor than is ideal, but it wasn't the end of the world. We would definitely consider coming back, and I take my hat off to all the staff at Iberostar for their hard work!! We appreciate it!

Amazing place to spend the holiday with friends and family. The Staff are friendly The Food ( varieties ) well prepared and taste very nice. It's morning, afternoon and evening. The House keeping staff are amazing ( rooms are always in perfect sense👌) Gym session Spa session The location( a stone throw from the beach) The staff communication is very good 👏 The pool(kids n adult) is beautiful and well taken care of. Various evening activities. It is children friendly, as there is a creche so to speak where the kids can engage without missing out. This hotel is a beautiful place to go when you visit Morocco (Agadir)

The staff are all wonderful and the food and drinks are excellent too. The rooms are clean but unfortunately we got woken up early every single morning by housekeeping dragging furniture round in the room above us, so it meant I came home very tired! I also had a very bad experience in the spa and wouldn't recommend the hammam experience. The massage was nice but the hammam and body scrub experience were almost traumatizing! Overall, it was a great hotel but these two things affected my experience.

A nice family friendly hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It's located 30mns from the airport, walking distance to marina and 10-20mns from all main attractions in Agadir. The rooms are very clean and spacious , the pool area is very clean and well maintained however people will reserve majority of sun beds early morning but never had issue finding one especially if you speak to the guy in charge of the pool his name is Walid very helpful and polite will always find you a sun bed. Hotel has its own beach area which is clean and not busy most days. Food and drinks are everywhere you will never be thirsty or hungry with great selection in the main restaurant and pool bar. My favourite section is Moroccon corner always delicious food there if you like seafood you won't be disappointed. Definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have kids people here are super friendly. Big shout out to our room maid Fatima and manager Nidhal always around chatting to customers and making sure everything ok.
