Just back home from here June 2026 Hotel itself is lovely very clean that only positive i have to say Staff are ignorant no communication or acknowledgement from them Only 1 waiter spoke to me during my stay He looked very fed up.one day and i didnt see him again! The rest of them served water and drinks to everyone around me and i felt like the invisible woman Night receptionist inappropriate comments Food cold,dry chicken night after night or food that was unrecognisable even deserts where the same day after day Not a pleasant stay which is a shame as nice hotel

Just got back from my stay here, very much enjoyed my time there but did end up spending most of my time in the family hotel as the staff were much nicer & there was a better atmosphere. On our arrival, they let us check in with no issues to then receive a call to say that the names didn’t match up to our booking. I had changed a passenger name months prior to our arrival but this hadn’t been updated, not sure if this is the hotel or the operator though. In the adults part, none of the staff made an effort to speak to us but in the family one, every single staff member spoke to us and were very lovely. I also can’t fault the entertainment team as they were lovely! The location of the hotel is fab, it’s near everything in icmeler and isn’t far from the beach. The food was ok, but I am a picky eater. My friend who also stayed loved it. I must add, I have come home with food poisoning and only ate at the hotel during my stay. When ordering spirits, bear in mind that they do make the drinks quite strong & the cocktails aren’t the best but I didn’t expect much with it being an all inclusive as this is quite common. Aside from the food poisoning, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. As someone who uses a walking aid, I found the hotel very accessible and the staff accommodated when needed. At meal times, they would always offer to help carry my plate. Thank you for an amazing visit!

If you're looking for an out of the way hotel in turkey then this hotel is fine. Food was okay, mostly the same items on rotation everyday, lots of shops around but other than that there's nothing. You have to travel out to one of the main towns for any excursions. There was one employee who was particularly rude to my brother but I didn't catch his name. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay in, rooms are very clean but they don't top up your toilet roll!

Good for the price I paid, okay safe / food, desert are really good. Shower is a bit cold, Room service is great. Staff are lovely, good location as well.

Stayed in family side , all inclusive Food was good , serving breakfast, late breakfast, dinner , afternoon snacks , evening meals and ice cream Soft drinks on tap include , Pepsi, Pepsi max , a fanta substitute, lemonade and a Redhill substitute most likely used for mixers Pool with slide and life guard , kids club plus children entertainers 5-10min walk to the beach / pool and games area beside pool , onsite barbers , tattooist , jewelers and gift shop WiFi onsite and ac included in rooms plus safes
