  • A complimentary green fee is offered to Golf players ("handicap certificate" - golf license required), to enjoy their favourite sport at the exclusive Los Naranjos Golf Club. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Ikos Andalusia. The place was very clean, including the surrounding beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jerlyn at reception, Tomas and Ernesto at the pool area, Domenika at Provence, Asteris at Fresco and Maria at the Beach Club. The food was great, overall. The only one we really didn’t like was the food at Anaya, which we found to be probably the worst Asian food we have tasted, and we’re Asian. Our child loved the unlimited ice cream at Ikos! It is quite expensive but I think is well worth it for what you get. We will come back to an Ikos resort again soon.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Don’t know what to commend first but probably the staff need a notable mention - they really are motivated to provide the best service and experience for the guests and this makes the resort standout . We loved all the restaurants but had particularly wonderful lunches at Chiringuito on the beach managed by Darko. Also Juan and Cristian who tirelessly checked for drinks and service on the beach. We loved breakfast at the buffet and tried Provence ( fabulous) and Ouzo (incredible sea bass) as well as the Fusion, Italian and Spanish. The housekeeping was top notch. Rooms were comfortable with the mini bar full of quality items. We loved all the pools -which are all of a really good size for swimming proper lengths and we especially liked the policy of adults only or 12+ pool areas- if our kids were younger we would’ve appreciated all the kids areas and facilities. I loved the aqua-aerobics and enjoyed yoga and Pilates . The surroundings are so beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. What a fantastic holiday - said by someone who would normally stay well clear of an ‘all in’ resort.

This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel so welcome - Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely wanted to make our stay special. The service throughout the hotel left such a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is spotless — incredibly clean everywhere you look. It’s obvious how much hard work the staff put into maintaining the hotel, gardens, and grounds. The floral arrangements were beautiful and the entire resort felt immaculate at all times. We had such an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We visited Sani last year (Ikos’ sister company), so we already had high expectations, and Ikos definitely did not disappoint! The spa experience and the massages were so good!! Highly recommend A special thank you to some wonderful staff members who really made our holiday memorable: * Cristina for the lovely welcome on arrival * Natalia in Provence, who was such a warm and attentive waitress * Areenia at the Beach Tapas restaurant * Martina at the Greek restaurant * Antonio in the Italian restaurant, who was extremely attentive * Elipida by the pool, who looked after us so well * Our cleaner Nieves, who did a fantastic job every day * Ideiko, who made our welcome drinks and introduction to Ikos so enjoyable — we had such a laugh and she gave us so much useful information * And finally Michael, the duty manager, who handled a couple of small issues perfectly with genuine empathy and professionalism — we really appreciated his help. The food was excellent overall. The Greek restaurant, Asian restaurant, and Beach Tapas were absolutely incredible. Surprisingly, the Spanish restaurant was probably our least favourite — the service felt a little disorganised, we waited quite a long time for food, and the performers only did three songs during the two hours we were there as they kept taking breaks. The multiple pools were fantastic and we never struggled to find sunbeds. The hotel also made airport transfers very smooth — the special IKOS check-in desk at the airport was excellent and guided us straight to our driver. Our return transfer driver was lovely too. The only slight downside was our arrival transfer, where the driver wasn’t particularly attentive and didn’t help with our luggage despite us travelling with a baby. A couple of small pieces of constructive feedback, although these certainly did not affect our overall experience: The White Party could have been better organised. It was advertised as lasting 2.5 hours from 20:30, but by 21:45 the DJs were already packing away. We attended the White Party at Sani previously and it was incredible, so perhaps there are a few ideas they could take from there. The beach itself isn’t the highlight of this hotel. The hotel does an amazing job making it as nice as possible with the loungers, sand, and facilities, but naturally the beach area has quite a lot of seaweed and an unpleasant smell in certain spots, especially near where the sea meets the river. That said, with so many beautiful pools, this really wasn’t an issue for us. Beach service could also be improved slightly — one day we waited almost 50 minutes for food for our hungry toddler and had to remind staff about our order. Also, at some pools we found ourselves having to search for towels as they weren’t always readily available, meaning we sometimes had to walk across to other pool areas to get them. Overall, we had an incredible time and made some wonderful memories.

Our 3rd Ikos hotel visit, they've all been fabulous, including Andalusia. Comfortable rooms, great resort layout, service is superb throughout. Delicious food everywhere, we couldn't eat in all our favourite places as they were booked up unfortunately. Staff are all amazing, you're so well looked after. Disappointed we couldn't book the rental car experience as they were all fully booked weeks before we arrived. Also we can never seem to get a late checkout at Ikos aside from an extra hour in the room. The courtesy room was OK but rushed (45 min slot for 2 people, showers and final luggage prep wasn't enough, it was a bit cramped in the room) Overall we had a fantastic stay, will be back

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We loved every moment and so did our children. Food & Drinks are excellent - so much variety and easy to book the A La Carte Restaurants. Best buffet selection we have ever had. The service is outstanding, nothing is too much bother for the IKOS team. The staff to guests ratio is just right - always someone on hand to help. We will be back!
