What an amazing hotel! We’re leaving tonight after spending a wonderful week enjoying everything this beautiful hotel has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the chef deserves a special mention for the delicious food. We chose the all-inclusive package and loved the fantastic variety of meals throughout our stay. I also treated myself to three wonderful spa treatments, which were so relaxing. A special thank you to Susanna in the restaurant, who always made us feel so welcome. She remembered our favourite drinks every day and took the time to ask how our day had been, which made our stay feel even more personal. It was also a real pleasure to dine at the Mediterranean restaurant overlooking the stunning infinity pool and the beautiful sea beyond. The food, service, and attention to detail were all exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable especially the chef. We’ve had a wonderful week in the sunshine and can't wait to return!

During my stay at Hotel Michelangelo, I had the pleasure of being served by Alina and Eleni at the bar, and they truly made the experience exceptional. Both of them are incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Alina impressed me with her warm personality and excellent service skills. She always made sure guests felt welcome and comfortable, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Eleni was equally outstanding, with a great sense of hospitality and efficiency. Her knowledge of drinks and her ability to recommend the perfect choice added a special touch to every visit. Together, they form a fantastic team that elevates the bar experience to a very high level. Their positive energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness make a lasting impression. I highly recommend visiting the bar at Hotel Michelangelo – especially if Alina and Eleni are there. They truly make a difference!

I had the great pleasure of staying in this hotel for a week on a half board basis and it was amazing. The grounds of the hotel was stunning and the Infinity pool was outstanding. The choice of pools they had was great depending on your mood there was a pool for it. All the staff are extremely friendly and made you feel at home, Chrisx the bar manager and her teams hospitality were second to none, went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. I never seen one fly or one wasp during my whole stay whilst I was on the resort. I treated myself to a spa treatment whilst I was there again amazing staff amazing services and treatments, the facilities are amazing also which you are allowed to use free as part of certain packages or for a small fee. It is well worth a visit. It also has a great selection of dining options too, there is a little shop for essentials and also a I little reading space with books that you can loan whilst there. I would highly recommend this hotel as it caters for all whether you are a family, a couple or travelling alone it has it all for a nice calm relaxing holiday and with Kos town a short bus ride away that only cost 2 euro per person each way it is perfect and I will definitely be staying again.

In a word, everything has been amazing so far. I've stayed and vacationed in many places, and this place has incredible architecture and a breathtaking natural landscape that surpasses everything else. The food is also quite good, with a great variety. The infinity pool is arguably the best I've ever seen, and since we also toured around the island, I can say it's the most classy location. I'm surprised by the things people complain about; the swallows' nests are so beautiful, I wish there were more cats in this atmosphere too! :) I would also like to thank Mr. Poligaros or oligaros :) because his welcoming us at the door, taking us to our room, and giving us detailed descriptions of the hotel made us feel like we had come to a wonderful place from the first impression. Besides the pool, the beach is also fantastic, and the promenade is quite cinematic. The staff are incredibly polite and respectful; I mean, no matter who you are, people are much better off being respectful and polite. Definitely enjoy it and have a good time.

The hotel has some excellent facilities, but our six-night stay was seriously let down by poor housekeeping and service. Before arrival, I had agreed by email to pay €30/night for a sea-view upgrade. However, the room was not ready when we arrived, and we were told to either wait until 7pm or move the next day. We reluctantly changed rooms the following day, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Housekeeping was particularly poor. Dust was not properly cleaned, towels and the bathroom mat were not replaced, and on our final day our room was not cleaned at all despite two calls. At 9pm it was still untouched. After telling reception that we had no fresh towels, I happened to meet a female housekeeping employee in the corridor and easily got towels and a floor mat from her. Then, unbelievably, at 9:30pm another employee arrived with just ONE bath towel and asked whether we still wanted our room cleaned — at 9:30pm! We also received a letter asking us to contact reception about an outstanding balance, which made us rush there worried, only to discover it was simply our spending within the hotel. Why couldn’t this just be settled at checkout? We repeatedly had the impression that the hotel was cutting costs. Twice we were told the outdoor football pitch lights were “broken,” despite having seen them working on another evening. The employee didn’t even try to switch them on. With temperatures above 30°C, the lobby and dining-area doors were left open and we could feel no cold air from the visible air-conditioning units. Staff appeared friendly face-to-face, but on several occasions we noticed their smiles disappear immediately after turning away, which left an unpleasant impression. The room was functional but certainly not luxurious. Wind noise through the closed balcony door was so bad that our daughter couldn’t sleep. We eventually had to leave it slightly open and put a towel under the entrance door to stop additional wind noise. Food was generally OK, although the selection wasn’t particularly large. During six nights, we saw Prosecco at breakfast only once, which was disappointing compared with other hotels of a similar category. The Asian dinner was also disappointing: the sushi used smoked/cured salmon rather than fresh salmon, which was a very strange choice. The biggest positive is the infinity pool — genuinely one of the largest and best we have ever experienced, and we have visited many. The pool bar is also very pleasant, with good shaded seating for hot days. Overall, the hotel has great potential and an outstanding pool, but the inconsistent service, poor housekeeping and apparent cost-cutting significantly reduced our experience. We expected much better from a hotel in this category. Forgot to add, the guy helping moving luggages is very friendly and nice, everyone loves him.
