The whole experience at the hotel was nothing but amazing! We have stayed at a few resorts in Greece, but have never experienced such kindness and happiness across the whole hotel staff as we have at Mitsis Norida. From the reception team, to all the waiters, everyone was extremely polite, kind and happy. The room view was gorgeous and the beach is extremely close and offers great facilities and gorgeous views of the crystal clear water. I would like to say a special thank you and mention to the entertainment team, the 4 gentleman who were part of the team the first week of the hotel opening. We have never experienced an entertainment team like them before! So happy and funny! Very easy to talk to and always greet us when they see us! What a wonderful team they are! With no hesitation, we would return to Mitsis Norida. P.s the pizza on the beach and crepes are amazing too! And so is the staff there!

A special thank you to Antzelo, Stella, Juliana, Pantelis, and Thanasis - they truly do the work of two people! They made our stay even more special with their amazing energy and hospitality. The hotel truly listens to guests’ requests and prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my dad. Thank you so much for making his day so special! Katrina in the main restaurant, Dea and vasilis aggellos and all the other staff were incredible- I can’t remember all names but everyone was absolutely on it. Hard working and so kind. In the mojito bar- Altin was the kindest man- he was a hit with our boy Charlie!!! all the barmen and lady’s were very kind and super. The rooms were beyond our expectations, clean and spacious and perfect for families. Very quiet we slept well. So clean- hats off to the cleaners who go unnoticed most of the time. Fridges always stocked up. Main receptions staff always helpful and booked us a taxi to the waterpark which was very easy. Our rooms were a walk up the hill by the water slides but we enjoyed the beautiful view. Food was good and varied and always warm. Never had any complaints. Crepe bar was a hit with the children and the coffees were great too. Pools were fun and the beach was stunning. The only downside is no branded drinks except Aperol, would have loved some more wine choice too. The al la carte restaurants- Smokey grill wasn’t amazing, the Asian restaurant was lovely, we didn’t try the fish restaurant. Pizza on the beach was perfect as was the gyros and fruit pots from the neigbouring hotel. Thanks
