This hotel is absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The views from our room were simply breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel extra special. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Frederica from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and took the time to provide us with all the information we needed about the hotel and our stay, making our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a fantastic selection of à la carte restaurants, giving guests plenty of choice with a variety of delicious cuisines to suit every taste. We stayed here in mid/late June. Great hotel with an amazing view of Nisyros. Our room was a junior suite with sea view which was massive and very comfortable. My only critique is that the bars and restaurants feel quite understaffed a lot of the times relative to the workload they are put under. Every member of staff works really hard though to deliver a great service. They were all amazing to us, especially Alexis at the Med who was a highlight!

Great hotel and stunning views. ​The hotel really blew me away, mostly because of its location. The sea view from the terrace and the pools is absolutely breathtaking and never gets old. ​Our room was clean and prepped daily (big plus for the regularly refilled minibar). There was always something fun happening in the evenings, too. ​An ideal place for total relaxation, I’d definitely go back!
