I had a pleasant stay at Mitsis Galini. The room was comfortable, and the mountain view was absolutely stunning—I actually preferred it over the sea view. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of options (I tried a certain soup and morning porridge that I didn't remember the name, it was good), and I especially appreciated the Olive Era toiletries, as it's one of my favorite Greek skincare brands. The only downside was the indoor thermal pool, which I had been looking forward to the most. I expected it to be warmer, but the water was only lukewarm and actually felt colder than the jacuzzi. If you're visiting during school holidays, I'd also recommend having breakfast and dinner a bit earlier, as the dining area can get quite crowded during peak hours.

We have no words to express how we felt during our stay at Mitsis Galini – it was simply wonderful! Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the service, our room, the large and beautiful pool, and the food, which was absolutely delicious. We did not regret traveling 6 hours to stay there because we had such an amazing time. A very special thank you goes to Dimitris, whose outstanding service at the pool and throughout the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Dimitris, thank you! We hope the hotel management knows what a valuable employee you are. You truly are the face of the hotel and someone who makes guests feel special, comfortable, and welcome. Martina, Mihajlo, Maksim, and Marin thank you for everything!

Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, although they felt a bit outdated. During peak meal times, the restaurant was sometimes very crowded due to large groups of children, which made the atmosphere a bit hectic. A special thank you goes to Vaggelis at the beach bar. He was always friendly, attentive, and in a great mood, making every visit enjoyable. He was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, some of the other waiters and staff were not as welcoming and occasionally came across as unfriendly or uninterested. We would also like to give a big thank you to the ladies at the reception. They were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the pool, and the additional facilities such as the gym and spa were a great bonus. Overall, the hotel offers a good experience but still has room for improvement. With consistently friendlier service from all staff members, our rating would have been even higher.

Honestly everything was great except check in and check out. The front desk is friendly but very slow. We waited in line for so long to check-out and an elderly couple cut the line in front of us and they didn’t say anything. We came from very far, and we’re also paying customers and except a high level of service whether we’re local or not. As it’s our last day of our otherwise wonderful 2-weeks trip across Greece, we let it pass but wish it ended on a higher note at Mitsis like we planned. Maybe put up clearer signs or barriers when there are long lines?

Aaaaaaah Mitsis Galini... What a truly special place. We spent 10 days here and honestly, I'm struggling to think of anywhere better. From the moment we checked in, to the emotional check-out, we got back to back, top to bottom, 5 STAR service. The room: Clean, air conditioned, well designed and comfortable. I've slept in more expensive hotels that didn't have half as good quality as Mitsis Galini did! Brilliant! The food: All inclusive, the only way! The food was incredible, and the staff were exceptional. Thank you to: - Dimitris the manager, for your kindness and making our anniversary/birthdays special and memorable. - Errika for being so kind, friendly and approachable, while also giving us some good laughs! - Giorgios for being prompt, friendly and efficient, while also being fun and lively! - Ayla, (multumesc!!) for making the most wonderful Long Island Iced Teas and Gin and Cranberries! Your service was fantastic and you truly made us feel so welcome and part of the family! - Maria for being so friendly, making sure our time in the restaurant was top notch! You truly are a credit to your team! - Nikos for serving us with a smile and constantly keeping us comfortable too! - Ofsteris (sorry I keep forgetting your name! You've told me 10 times haha!) the lifeguard you were amazing and always kept us safe! I shall be making sure my Greek is on point for next time! You were incredible! If I've missed anyone, don't worry, you ALL were fantastic! The service: Considering we were super emotional leaving, this tells you all you need to know about the service. This is by far the nicest, friendliest hotel/resort we have EVER stayed in. It was hard leaving the place, because we just wanted to stay forever. We both felt like VIPs the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Thank you to ALL of the Mitsis Galini staff, you've earned yourselves a repeat customer, as we are already looking to book up for a small retreat next year! Overall, there really isn't anything we could possibly fault with Mitsis Galini, we truly did have the best time, ate the best food and enjoyed the pool. Clean, tidy and brilliant hotel.
