It was the first time that me and my husband visited this place. The atmosphere was nice, and the blonde hostess at the “Terrazza Campari” was very welcoming, and we also went there with no reservation. We really appreciate it. The service and drinks were really good, and our waiter Michael walked us very thoroughly into the menu and suggested as the best choices that were exactly what we wanted. Plus we liked the fact that the bartender was making the drinks in front of you and it was like seeing a live making drink show. Very nice experience and we totally recommend.

An Exceptional Luxury Experience in Athens One&Only Aesthesis is truly a beautiful and exceptional resort. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The entire property is stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful seaside location that makes you feel like you are on a relaxing island getaway while still being close to Athens. The service, facilities, restaurants, and overall atmosphere were all excellent. Everything feels elegant, private, and thoughtfully designed. It is definitely one of the best luxury resorts in Athens and a property we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property, but for the price, I was disappointed. The grounds are stunning and they’ve done a great job making it feel like a proper resort despite being in Athens. The landscaping, main pool, beach views and overall design are all very One&Only. We booked a seafront suite with a private pool, and this is where the value really fell apart for me. Privacy was limited, people could see into most of the room and outdoor area, and the direct water access looked better in photos than it felt in reality, like no one uses it, even my water ladder was broken. More importantly, the room and pool had clearly not been properly checked before arrival. The private pool was dirty, the room needed refreshing, had rubbish around and it took multiple visits and different explanations from staff over days before the pool was properly improved. By that point, we just used the main pool. The staff were always polite and clearly trying to help, but the service and communication were not at the level I would expect from a property charging these prices. I was fighting for nothing, all I wanted was what I paid for. The restaurants were decent, but nothing stood out. You’re in Athens, where you can eat exceptionally well for much less, so at these prices I expected the food to feel more special. Breakfast was good, the spa was good, and the gym was fine, although quite small once a few people are training at the same time. For me, the biggest issue is value. The property itself is excellent for the area and the location is excellent, but the higher end rooms are in fact significantly overpriced for what you actually get. Personally, there’s better elsewhere, there isn’t much of a reason to splurge or spend the money to stay here. I stayed for the name and I be honest, but the name doesn’t belong here. IF I stayed here again, or someone was reading this and still wanted me on stay. I would book a standard room, use the main pool and enjoy the grounds rather than paying the large premium for a private pool or waterfront room. Overall, 3/5. A beautiful hotel, but the privacy, room preparation, service consistency and overall value didn’t match the price. I would happily stay at other One&Only properties again, but I wouldn’t return to this one.

This is an AMAZING resort. The rooms are perfect. All staff speak both Greek and English. Have not experienced any language barriers. The staff goes above and beyond during your stay. Beach is cute! Pools are gorgeous but very cold. Have not seen anyone swimming in pills they are so cold, in both rooms and resort pools.

Unfortunately, the resort did not meet my expectations, especially considering the level of experience I expected. The villa design is quite strange and not very practical. There is no proper view of the pool from inside the villa, and more importantly, the pool area does not offer enough privacy. For women who wear the hijab, this makes it very difficult to enjoy the private pool comfortably. The villa pool is also not heated. Housekeeping was another disappointing part of the stay. The cleaning was not up to the standard I would expect from a resort of this level. Basic amenities such as cotton pads and cotton buds were not replenished daily, so I had to keep requesting them. The glasses and cups were also not always cleaned properly,even when I put the DND sign on the door, the staff still ring the doorbell, and someone even came to clean the pool while we were sleeping. Another issue was the use of fragrance on the bed and pillows. This significantly aggravated my respiratory allergies. I believe fragrances should not be sprayed directly on bedding, especially since many guests may have allergies or sensitivities. On a positive note, the staff are very polite, friendly, and always smiling. However, communication can sometimes be challenging, as requests are not always understood clearly, and it can take quite a long time for requested items to be delivered to the villa. The food at the resort was also very average and, unfortunately, nothing stood out. Overall, although the staff were lovely, there are too many areas that need improvement, particularly privacy, villa design, housekeeping, service efficiency, and food quality.
