Located away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip and the beach, the hotel was in a perfect position. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach and strip it had stunning views of the mountains. On arrival, we received a warm, friendly welcome. The Montebello Resort Hotel was smaller than I had expected but this was a benefit. It wasnt overcrowded, mealtimes, poolside and the bar area always had somewhere to sit or lay in the sun. We did have the added benefit of a swim up room. In the morning the sun would be on our side and the afternoon the rooms opposite. The room itself was spacious, clean and plenty of hanging space for the clothes. The bathroom had hand-wash, shower gel, etc included and there was never an issue with the shower running cold. The cleanliness at the hotel is top notch. Its spotless. There is always an area being cleaned throughout the day, The food is good, plenty of flavour and many dishes to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly across the board. From the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, the animation team and reception, they all help make the stay one to remember. At the start of our holiday, while talking with other guests, there were many that said they had been at the hotel many times. Having spent 11 nights at the hotel I can appreciate their sentiments and shall be returning.

A group of us went for a 50th birthday party. Flew out on the 20th September. Absolutely fab time had by us all. From the moment we walked through the door with our cases till the moment we left the staff couldn't do enough for you. Hotel very clean,food was great something for everyone. The staff were the best I have ever came across in any hotel I have ever been to. We will definitely return. We were pricing for next year when we were there.

Montebello Resort is a fantastic hotel to stay at. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate you. The hotel is very well maintained, and the food overall is great. The entertainers are incredible and fantastic with both children and adults. They make you feel comfortable and help build your confidence when taking part in the water games. The bar staff are also amazing — they’re always up for a laugh and are incredibly sweet and friendly to talk to. We would definitely recommend this hotel! At Montebello Resort, they also offer an amazing photoshoot experience, including individual or group iris photography, as well as photoshoots with family and friends. Fred was absolutely incredible throughout our photoshoot. He made us laugh and feel completely comfortable from start to finish. While talking to Fred about our lives, we mentioned that we were expecting a baby, and he incorporated this into our photos by taking beautiful maternity photos of me and my partner. The photos turned out absolutely incredible and even brought tears to our eyes. They are such a special memory that we will treasure forever. If you’re staying at the hotel, I highly recommend booking a photoshoot with Fred. The photos make perfect gifts or beautiful memories for yourselves and your family. Hopefully, we’ll be back after our baby is born so we can have some more photos taken and create even more special memories. Thank you so much, Fred! ❤️

Where to start… I came here alone for some time out and I have had an absolutely amazing time I felt so relaxed and at home here never once feeling afraid because I’m a single woman alone here!!! Everywhere you go everyone is so welcoming the views are absolutely amazing stunning even. Only knocked this place down 1 star for a very minor issue and that was the bed was hard. Everything else was perfect the food was absolutely delicious everyday literally the best food iv eaten while holidaying and iv been many places. I’d 1000%reccomend staying here. You’ve got to try the paragliding, jeep safari and white water rafting so sad to be going today but I’ll definitely be back with my family my children will love it here. Oh and you can watch the paragliders from the hotel!!

Good location close to beaches (rock/pebbles) and local shops. Safe feeling. Happy friendly and playful staff. Hard to find any fault at this hotel. It was calm and relaxing overall. Be aware the main photos showing a pool between rooms - those are private. Only for those who book swim up rooms. However, if you want sun, those rooms only get it at certain times so most of those people used the main pool. The snacks are limited times and you need to enter the restaurant to get them - meaning you should be dry and full clothed. It would be better in a more accessible area. The restaurants are very hot. There is air con but the sides are glass and lots of cooking equipment inside. It was sad to see so much food going into the bins after meal services. Breakfast 0730-1030. Check out 12pm. Drinks between 1000-2300 free but you will pay outside these times. Typical evening entertainment for an all inclusive, but they were all good.
