We stayed at the Myconian Korali for five days and were truly satisfied in every respect. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service, which can be arranged in advance via email. I highly recommend using it, as a taxi ride currently costs at least €36 according to the local fare rates. Upon arrival, we were greeted directly at the car and escorted inside. After presenting our passports and credit card at reception, the concierge kept us entertained while the paperwork was being completed, providing useful information about the area, recommended restaurants, and local attractions. Since we booked through the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) program, we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. I can highly recommend this option—the view is exactly the one featured in Myconian’s promotional advertisements and truly stunning. At the beginning of our stay, the hotel was very quiet, although it became noticeably busier as the week progressed. Regardless of how crowded the hotel was, the staff remained exceptionally attentive at all times. I would particularly like to mention Karina, who took excellent care of us every evening during sunset by the pool. That said, the entire team was outstanding. The hotel is located about 500 meters from Mykonos Town, which is an easy walk.

A stunning hotel. Gorgeous lovely and clean spacious rooms with everything you could possibly need. The staff are the most professional and helpful we have ever come across. Mustafa helped with our cases and greeted us daily. Ioannis on the front desk was more than helpful when we had a concern over our room allocation. The lovely girl on duty around the pool knew our drinks order and looked after us. The lack of 5 stars comes from noise in the room from next door ( paper thin walls) and the cleaners room on the other side each morning at 6am when we were woken daily by them filling their buckets from an extremely noisy system and the door opening and closing. And finally on the last day we asked to pay for a late check out at 5 pm. The website was still offering rooms so we know somewhere we could have been offered a solution. However we were directed to a “lodge” which was actually a locker room. It was not secure or private, the shower flooded the root, making it impossible to get dry clothes on (both male and female) and it was not what we expected after spending 10 nights at a very expensive and exclusive hotel. Hopefully this is a fair review.

This hotel absolutely does NOT deserve five stars. I honestly question how this so-called luxury hotel is even listed under RELAIS & CHATEAUX . From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience was a complete disaster. First of all, the hotel completely messed up our luggage situation. When we arrived, they initially acted as if our suitcase had gone missing. Nobody seemed to know where it was, and no one took responsibility. The strange part is that after we had already checked in to the room finally with the our luggage. in our possession the reception suddenly called our room saying that “our suitcase would arrive shortly.” Naturally, I asked: “Which suitcase? We already have our luggage. At that point it honestly sounded like they were about to send someone else’s suitcase to our room. Extremely strange and unprofessional. Clearly, this hotel has serious issues when it comes to handling guests’ luggage. Customer service in general was beyond terrible. Whenever you make a complaint, nobody replies to your emails. Funny enough, if it’s about airport transfers or extra charges, they answer immediately. Trying to speak to the hotel manager was impossible. We were constantly told someone would call us back, but of course nobody ever did. The staff seemed unmotivated, unprofessional, and annoyed whenever guests asked for anything. The room itself was extremely disappointing and completely run-down for a supposed 5-star property. The mirrors were dirty, housekeeping was careless, and the shower leaked every single time we used it, flooding the bathroom floor. It honestly felt more like a cheap old hotel than a luxury resort in Mykonos. Breakfast service was another joke. Asking for something as simple as a slice of lemon for tea required asking five or six times before anyone finally brought it. Everything took forever, even basic requests. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Completely overpriced, badly managed, and absolutely nowhere near 5-star standard. I would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is stunning, the employees are super kind and welcoming, the room we selected was a little small, but still really clean! Peaceful stay, great food and area!

Myconian Korali blends luxury, location, and warm hospitality beautifully, but the high prices and small room space keep it just shy of perfect. A lovely stay that delivered plenty of five-star moments, even if a few things held it back from a full 5/5. Rooms (4/5): Beautifully styled and comfortable, but a little on the small side for the price point. Still, well-kept and fitted with everything you’d expect from a Relais & Châteaux property. Food (5/5): The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choice and great quality. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Service (5/5): Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, striking that perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Facilities & Atmosphere (4.5/5): The pool area is stunning, with amazing views and a calm, luxurious feel. The general vibe throughout the hotel is elegant yet relaxed, easy to settle into. Value (3.5/5): There’s no getting around it, this place is expensive. The 15€ nightly environmental fee caught us off guard, and even the spa prices had us doing a double-take. Still, it’s Mykonos, and luxury comes with a premium. Location (5/5): Perfectly placed, walking distance to Old Town and most major attractions, which makes exploring easy. Overall: A gorgeous, well-run hotel in an unbeatable location with standout service and food. Pricey and a little snug in places, but still an excellent Mykonos stay. Rating: 4/5 ⭐️ A refined island escape that comes close to perfection, just bring your wallet.
