There is a €15 daily environmental charge, which was on the registration form. I specifically asked Poppy when we checked in what I was signing for and she said “don’t worry about it, it’s just for incidentals” so the charge at checkout was a surprise. The hotel is very clean but not so practical. Eg. No USB/C charging, bring an adaptor. Only one small hook for wet towels. Limited storage. The shower is fabulous. Bed’s comfy and clean fresh sheets. The cleaning staff were meticulous. The hotel advertised a gym, but this was only just being built. Breakfast wasn’t great. All the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. There were a lot of friendly staff, but lack of management. e.g. 4 different people came and asked if we wanted juice. The breads, cheeses, cold cuts etc were good quality. The cakes were stale. There is a supermarket up the hill, no shop in the hotel to buy water (2 small bottles of water were left in the room everyday, but nobody mentioned this in the 5 min room tour) There is a coffee machine in the room but €2 per pod. We had some instant coffee but no spoons in the room. We had a room with a hot tub, which was perfect for the early May weather. WiFi was good. Hotel is a ten minute walk downhill, into town with plenty of very good restaurants/coffee shops and shopping.

Absolutely amazing hospitality. The free airport pickup and transfer were a great start. We were warmly welcomed and given lots of useful information at check-in. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was bright and comfortable, and the hotel’s decor was stunning. The views from the property were truly breathtaking. The room could have been a bit more spacious, especially for a holiday destination where guests often stay longer or travel with more luggage — but overall, it was well-designed and cozy. The location was also excellent — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We enjoyed the food by the pool; it was very good, though we did find the prices a bit high. Breakfast was tasty, but the selection was limited, so it may not be ideal for a longer stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Stunning hotel!! Fabulous staff, very attentive. Shame the same cannot be said for some of the guests. Having breakfast this morning and a guest was shouting at the staff he had no consideration for anyone around him. Ruined our experience and when confronted he simply said I can do what I want. Such a shame that the staff have to put up with such arrogance, especially when they make so much effort to accommodate each and every guest. Yesterday evening a man wearing a suit who obviously works here was shouting at the bar tender in front of the guests whilst we were enjoying dinner extremely unprofessional, and to be honest unacceptable. However, I simply cannot fault this hotel and whilst it is extremely beautiful it is the staff that make the experience so special. They work tirelessly and always have a smile on their face. WOW, what a gorgeous hotel. Just spent a week here with my sister mid-September. Amazing staff, great service, very clean and spacious rooms, lovely pool. Shout out to Elli who works around the pool bar / pool area, what a lovely lady and very attentive! Food at the hotel restaurant great. We also ate at the Japanese restaurant on site which was gorgeous and an amazing place to watch the Sunset. We had lovely views of the sea from our room and could see the windmills in the distance. It is about a 10 minute walk down into the old town and is all up hill on the way back but there is a supermarket closer, which is up to the right when you leave the hotel grounds, rather than going left down into the town. There are also quite a few steps around the hotel but thats typical of Mykonos as everything is on a hill! Would absolutely recommend staying here!
