Had brunch with the girls at NoMo Kitchen in SoHo, and the space is beautiful! The bright, garden-inspired setting makes such a pretty backdrop for catching up over food and drinks. I ordered eggs Benedict with steak instead, and our table had everything from honey walnut shrimp to burgers and breaded cutlets with mashed potatoes. We paired it all with mango cocktails, lychee martinis, and espresso martinis. A cute spot for a girls’ brunch or birthday lunch! As someone who loves creating food and lifestyle content, I appreciated how photogenic the space was—the natural light and garden-inspired setting made it easy to capture our brunch!

We had a great stay at NOMO SoHo! The hotel and our room were very clean, so we honestly weren’t sure what some of the negative reviews were referring to. The location is amazing—right in the heart of SoHo and so easy to get around the city. We also had a beautiful city view from our room! A special shoutout to Jeff, who greeted us throughout our stay and was always so friendly and welcoming. He would say hi whenever he saw us and even made sure we had water, which was such a nice touch. The complimentary airport pickup was also a great perk. The only downsides were that there was no fridge in the room and you have to get ice from the restaurant. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The hotel manager Dante , completely disrespects his guests. He doesn’t care about their concerns, mocks them, laughs in their faces, and on top of everything, I experienced his behavior as antisemitic. Our bathroom was clogged and water flooded out onto the floor. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a proper solution, he told us to stay in the room and said there was no alternative. He caused us an unbelievable amount of distress and frustration. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. No wonder this hotel has such a low rating on Booking.com. The service is absolutely unacceptable. I highly recommend spending a little extra money and staying at a different hotel. It’s absolutely worth it.

I have honestly never experienced such poor service at a hotel, especially at over $600 a night. This was our third stay here, and every single time we have noticed the same issue: the service is practically nonexistent. We kept coming back because the location is excellent, but after this stay, enough is enough. It is almost impossible to reach anyone at the hotel. No one answers the phone, no one seems willing or able to help, and for a hotel charging these rates, this is simply unacceptable. During this stay, our shower stopped working twice and we had to call someone to come and fix/unblock it both times. To make matters worse, my daughter accidentally left her bag behind. We realized it literally five minutes after leaving the hotel and immediately tried to contact them. Once again, we could not get through to anyone. No answer, no assistance, no sense of urgency whatsoever. And when we finally talked to the manager he was terrible and disrespectful. At more than $600 per night, guests should at the very least be able to reach someone when they need help. A great location cannot make up for such a complete lack of service. After three stays and the same problems over and over again, this will unfortunately be our last.

Do not stay here. This hotel is absolutely filthy from the lobby bathrooms to the actual hotel room. There is no refrigerator which was a surprise for me. There is no ice machine. I had to ask the bell staff everyday to please get me ice which I found irritating. There is no top sheet so you have to crank the air down really far to put up with the super heavy comforter. The bed and pillow was awful. The room they gave us was SO small. We barely had any room to walk around in it. I was so disappointed. The only good thing was the free coffee in the morning and the location. I will not come here ever again. The cafe on the ground floor had massive water damage and the attendant was no where to be found if I needed assistance. My daughter heard the manager firing one of the employees on the spot. If you want rough living that is close to shopping and do not mind absolute filth then here is your hotel.
