This hotel is very nice, what a wonderful team working hard to please the guests. The cleaning team that cleans the rooms is extremely nice and respectful! The rooms are also very nice, only problem we had was that the bathroom door when fully closed had a little crack from the door frame. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful hotel! Side note: the pool is also big and there is tanning beds for whom might use them!

Terrible service & old/unclean facilities. CLEANLINESS There was mould in the bathrooms (old peeling silicon) and throughout the hallways, see photos. SERVICE I requested an early check-in for 1 of our 3 rooms a few days prior to arrival, as I was travelling alone with 2 small children. When we arrived (10:30am) we were told that no form of early check-in was possible and we would have to wait until 3pm for the regular check-in time. So we returned at 3pm only to be told that our room was not ready, because they had offered the previous guests a late check-out and those guests had only just left. So after 20 minutes of waiting, they offered me access to a smaller room in our booking. When I arrived at that room with my luggage, it was still dirty and being setup. So I had to return to reception and was again told I had to wait in the lobby, with my 2 very tired small children. We were not allowed into our room until 4pm, with no make good offered. The attitude of several of the staff throughout the hotel put their own personal convenience first and the guests needs second. For example, when we visited the hotel lounge (which was part of our booking), we were told that children were not allowed - we needed to bring out the letter from the front desk to demonstrate to the staff what the rules actually were. Also, the breakfast buffet was out of bacon and only after several requests from guests was any more put on to cook, meaning it was empty for more than 10 mins (we gave up and left). One exception to the poor service was Marliah from the breakfast buffet staff. She anticipated our needs, providing additional wet wipes for our children and was very friendly and helpful. While the location of the hotel is excellent, the service overall was terrible and the quality of the rooms is below average, so I would not recommend it.

Staff were lovely and accomodating. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade and late check out so we could enjoy our time before the flight. Location is perfect to get around to orchard, little India and Chinatown. Also great air conditioning in the rooms! Thanks to Vincent for his warmth at check in and Anna in the lead up to helping manage issues with booking.com. Next time I’ll book directly through the hotel.

Lovely hotel in great location, check in though from cruise ( loads of people ) was very slow but they team of staff maje up for that. Naveen our room attendant was the best, so friendly, attentive and excellent at his job . Thank you Naveen !

Stayed at the Orchard Hotel in Singapore for only a night. But I was really impressed with this hotel. Rooms: The rooms feel modern and contemporary in design, impeccably clean, and furnished to a high standard. The rooms were immaculately maintained. Floors were very clean and house-keeping were observed to be diligent. Location: The location was also convenient and is close to the MRT. Other shopping malls and stores for high end brands are also located near by. Food: I Highly recommend the buffet. They present a wide selection of Oriental, continental and Indian food preparations. Service: The service was consistently characterized by attentiveness and professionalism. Overall it is a distinguished property that delivers on comfort, service, and gastronomy. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers, although it seemed more apt for business. This hotel sets a benchmark for hospitality in the city. Although, owing to its location, tarriff is quite high.
