Big thanks to Mr Patiban for making us feel welcome everytime we visit orchard cafe dinner buffet for its wonderful spread. He came forward to remind us of our membership priviledges . Stayed at the Orchard Hotel in Singapore for only a night. But I was really impressed with this hotel. Rooms: The rooms feel modern and contemporary in design, impeccably clean, and furnished to a high standard. The rooms were immaculately maintained. Floors were very clean and house-keeping were observed to be diligent. Location: The location was also convenient and is close to the MRT. Other shopping malls and stores for high end brands are also located near by. Food: I Highly recommend the buffet. They present a wide selection of Oriental, continental and Indian food preparations. Service: The service was consistently characterized by attentiveness and professionalism. Overall it is a distinguished property that delivers on comfort, service, and gastronomy. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers, although it seemed more apt for business. This hotel sets a benchmark for hospitality in the city. Although, owing to its location, tarriff is quite high.

Staff were lovely and accomodating. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade and late check out so we could enjoy our time before the flight. Location is perfect to get around to orchard, little India and Chinatown. Also great air conditioning in the rooms! Thanks to Vincent for his warmth at check in and Anna in the lead up to helping manage issues with booking.com. Next time I’ll book directly through the hotel.

I recently stayed at Orchard Hotel Singapore and overall had a pleasant experience. Its location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the heart of the city. While the hotel building shows some signs of age, I was impressed by how neat and well-maintained the bedrooms are. ​The standout feature for me was the buffet; it is absolutely delicious with a wide variety of high-quality options. While the dining prices are on the higher side, the exceptional taste and quality make it a worthwhile indulgence. One minor inconvenience was the carpeted flooring in the hallways, which made moving my luggage slightly difficult. Additionally, I found the staff to be professional and the overall atmosphere quite welcoming for travelers. If you are looking for a hotel with a prime location and great food, this is a solid choice.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and cozy, with a great view that made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, and the lunch was also excellent. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
